Part 2 (verses 4-8) will be talking about Abraham's ministry to his heavenly visitors.
Part 1- This segment I will be talking about the tremendous news received by Abraham and his meeting with God's messengers. Our focus will be verses 18:1-3
This segment focuses on God's relationship with Ismael, son of Abraham.
This segment is focused on God's relationship to Sarai whose name was changed to Sarah. and a reassurance of God's promises to her
This Segment focuses on the New task prepared for a changed man with a new title. Abraham
We will be focusing on verses 17:1-14 Gen 17:1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I [am] the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
(Gen 16:15) And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son's name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael. This segment will be focusing on verses 15-16
(Gen 16:7) And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur. This segment will be focusing on verses 7-14
Gen 16:4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes. We will focus on verses 4-6
Gen 16:1 Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name [was] Hagar.
