Today's episode is going to be called WonderWall and it was inspired by the 1995 Oasis Rock song called WonderWall, heres the chorus from the song "because maybe your gonna be the one that saves me and after all you're my wonderwall"
With that verse in mind the principle of today's podcast episode is "we are not savior's and no one is coming to save you" I'll dive more into that principle later on into the show.
I told a short story/fable I made up in here so enjoy, it's a fun one with a good message!

On Thursday episodes I am going to attempt to introduce a short new segment called "The Wonder of YOU" where essentially you the listener either leaves an anchor voice message (link in show notes) or sends in your Wonders or questions via IG, FB or Email. The concept of this new segment is that it's sort of like an AMA or a Q&A but the only way these segments work is if you the listener interacts and submits your thought's or questions. Literally you can ask me anything about personal development, life, whats trending, current events, or just share your personal wonder's and random thoughts throughout the day. The point behind this Wonder of YOU segment is that wonder is not only individual but also collective so this is an opporunity for us all to collectively experience wonder together.

The principle that humans either run away from pain or run towards pleasure. We expand on this principle and discuss how when humans run away from pain they go further and faster than they would if they were running towards pleasure. We also expand on that principle even further and discuss how when we can make the mindset shift in our brain to go from running away from something into hunting something down we are likely to achieve the best results and experience the most focus and flow in our commitments.

(Loneliness) Being alone is completely normal and natural; we are complete in our alone state. Loneliness is simply a feeling of being in the dark and being disconnected. Lovers can become strangers and anyone can become lonely. Overcoming loneliness is as simple as turning on the light. Except, the light must be worked for. Walking through a dark room? It is going to be challenging to find the light switch but it’s completely doable. Need money to pay the electricity bill? Your gonna have to work for the money to turn the lights on, but you can do it.

Anytime paralyzing perfectionism grabs hold remember this: "the gifts I have are important and they were
given to me for a reason so it’s my responsibility to find every reason to use and share
them." Stop, read that again, it’s important! Paralyzing perfectionism is the opposite of that
statement. We have the POWER to deem our work successful and until we do that no one
else will have the opportunity to experience the fruits of our success for themselves. If you
are whole and complete why wouldn’t your ideas and your creations be the same. If your
an ever expanding constant in a sea of change why wouldn’t your creations be expanding
and evolving along with you. Change is wonderful and so are you.
Wonder Exercise: ask,
(A.) What habits are blocking my gift?
(B.) What is the payoff of putting these habits aside to share my gift?
(C.) What is the cost of NOT being generous with my gifts?

I am starting to feel anxious and my anxiety levels are rising: Consider that anxiety is nothing more then a signal that something is out of alignment. With practice we can begin to feel where exactly the anxiety is at in our body and breathe into it. Feeling, breathing and getting present are natural remedies for anxiety.

When triggers grab hold of you and your blood may start to boil or you just feel overly grateful. When anger strikes we have the option to suppress or avoid it, let it go, act out or simply ACT ON that surge of energy. Most people tend to do the first three options or to vent when they are angry. Consider that venting is the worse thing one can do. A more powerful and constructive form of dealing with anger is to act on it with assertion, not aggression and to lead with LOVE not fear.
Wonder Exercise: (TACK) T= Trigger, A= Action, C= Consequence, K= Knowing – So first lets ask (T) “what triggered me to feel angry?” followed by (A) “what action do I want to take immediately as a result?” Next step is considering (C) “what might be the (+/-) consequences of my action?” The last thing to do is to get clear and knowing with absolute certainty (K) “What do I really want for me, for the other party and for both of us in this situation?”
T.) My anger is triggered by
A.) The action I want to take immediately after being triggered is
C.) A positive and a negative consequence of my action might be
K.) I know that I want
*Remember getting WHAT I WANT is more important than being right*

Jealousy stems from overall feelings of lack and scarcity or jealousy can be a need for attention. Anytime I experience jealousy it is because either I’ve fallen into a scarcity mindset or I haven’t given myself enough love and attention. A lot of times when we are Jealous its because we feel we are entitled to something that we deserve. In reality we aren't entitled to anything and we only deserve what we are committed to!
Wonder Exercise: (F.R.O.W.N) When did I last FEEL jealous? How did I RESPOND? What was the OUTCOME of my response? What do I really WANT in this situation or with this person right now more than anything? What is the NEXT action I am committed to taking?

Question:
Do you resonate more with "fake it until you make it" or "believe until you achieve?"
Consider that "Fake it until you make it" is a form of self talk that adds to your feelings and beliefs surrounding imposter syndrome. If you believe in yourself how can you be an imposter? If you believe in your self you are destined to achieve it!
Any time imposter syndrome decides to sneak up: Any time we call an imposter out they tend to put up a fight at first but if we observe and make known what they are doing without engaging they almost always go away.
Wonder Exercise: Call the imposter out and listen to what they have to say so that they will go away. (Observe but do not engage) What is the imposter inside of your mind saying? If all judement and criticism were removed what would be your next move?

“BE HERE NOW.” Getting back into the present moment takes the mind off of all the “what ifs”
and the “should haves” thus allowing us to experience total POWER. These questions will help us
to navigate our way back to the present and ultimately build our faith to trust.
Wonder Exercise:
(A.) What am I holding onto that no longer serves me?
(B.) What physical pains can you feel and hear in your body? Physical pains is the universe telling you something is out of balance.
(C.) Outlining is when we tell the universe what is best for us and how it should happen, but this level of force comes at a cost. Ask yourself “Am I flowing or forcing?”
(D) What can you release now to experience more flow in the moment?
