Waking Up with Jer

I'm sorry that it's been a while since I posted a podcast episode. I've been dealing with a lot emotionally, something that I have tried hard to hide, but that I am facing head on and will overcome in time. I'm not ready to talk about what happened and I don't know that I'll ever be ready to talk about it publically, but something happened in April and into May that has affected me. I have managed to keep this thing very private for as long as I could, but something that happened recently, triggered the thoughts of what happened and I haven't been able to stop them on my own ever since. I hope to push through this and get back to normal podcasts soon. Thank you for being understanding.
