Last week we welcomed Remco Evenepoel to the show, and this week we welcomed another weapon - Britain's newest breakout star, Cat Ferguson.
Winner of the women's world junior road race and time trial in Zurich last week, she has the cycling world at her feet.
Luke and G loved getting to know the lass from Yorkshire - and we're sure you will too.
Cat is turning pro with Movistar next season and we will 100% be checking back in with her.

Last week we promised we'd be back with a big star to preview the worlds road race and, well, we think we've delivered. Ambassador De Plus roped in his compatriot Remco Evenepoel - fresh from winning the Worlds TT - and the pair gave G a call from the Belgian team hotel.
The little b*stard was on great form - as, of course, was the Carrot of Ninove. G quizzed them on tactics, rivals, and the tough route that awaits them on Sunday.
We can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

Pog's been winning bike races in Canada, Wout van Aert's signed a lifetime contract with Visma-Lease a Bike, and G's been out training for six hours. That's plenty of material to kick off a pod with.
And, to make it all the sweeter, the boys were actually in the same room together for the record. That doesn't happen very often.
There's also a Worlds TT to preview and we'll be back next week with an as yet unnamed star guest to preview the road race, We're all ears for your suggestions.

It's De Pluski's birthday today - so what better way to spend it than podding with G?

The boys are back on the pod! It's been a while since Luke and G caught up, and boy is there lots to discuss.
G's racing hard in Renewi and breaking heart rate records, there's a nuts Vuelta going on in Spain, and Luke's slipping into his comfortable retirement life.

G's back from his summer holidays and ready to return to racing at the Renewi Tour. He's not gonna fly, but he's looking forward to supporting INEOS' strong lineup in Belgium.
One thing's for sure though: he's glad not to be in Spain. The first week of the Vuelta has been a rollercoaster - excellent for armchair viewing, not so much for racing in 40+ degree heat.
With Luke away, G called up Producer George to run through the craziness on the roads of Spain and he answered plenty of your questions from Twitter.

The Vuelta is here and we're sure it won't come as a surprise to you all that G is not racing this year. Remember, Spain is for holidays.
Ambassador De Pluski will be flying the Watts Occurring flag in the peloton though and, with G sunning himself on a beach, Luke gave Laurens a call to get the lowdown on the third and final Grand Tour of the season.
It all starts tomorrow with a time trial in Lisbon - and De Pluski's roommate young Josh Tarling hopped on the pod as well, to tell us all about it. Can he win the red jersey on day one? That'd be pretty cool.

G's home from the Tour and adapting back to life at home after the best part of three months on the road. Sadly, his wifi signal was nowhere near as strong as his riding has been lately, and we lost him halfway through the record - but he was on great form before that!
Luke enlisted the help of Producer George - hello! - to finish the pod, pick our Chapeau of the Tour, and preview his first ever race as an official Sport Director. Good luck Rowey!

Just when you think you've seen it all from Pogi... he goes and does it again. We are happy to call the Tour de France over. That was nuts.
Fresh from an hour of alternative commentary on @eurosportcycling's Instagram this afternoon, Luke and Tom hopped on to reflect on that crazy stage - and another remarkable ride from Tadej Pogacar.
He didn't take home Continental Tyres' Chapeau of the Day though - you'll have to listen to hear who gets the nod today.
Luke's gonna be roadside for stage 20 and can't wait to pick up some goodies from the caravan. If he makes it back off the mountain alive, we'll be back for another pod tomorrow.

Well that was a fun day out at the Tour. We loved seeing G and De Pluski flying the flag in the break - and Laurens battled to a valiant fourth out on the road.

No, this is not a drill: we do indeed have actual A-List Hollywood star Ben Stiller on the pod today. How's that for a rest day show?
As our listeners will know, Ben's a huge cycling fan, he loves following the Grand Tours, and he's a vocal supporter of G's across social media. Just when I thought your podcast couldn't get any better you've added the perspective of a Sport Director. The simple act of sitting with staff instead of the riders is not talked about. Many team staffers are retired riders and disappear from the public eye. As a fan of bike racing of 30 years I can say this episode was refreshing and I can't wait for more!

omg that road in Harlech , we used to go there camping in Llanbedr every year when I was really young for about 10 years or so back in the 1970's ...my dad loved driving up there and I can say I hated it every time and that was in a car. Would hate to cycle it .
G , you spoke about climbing up out of Caerphilly, I remember seeing you there at ToB . Brilliant. Looking forward to being able to see you out there again.
