Sound the Alarm

There is power in your testimony! God can use the situation that you're going through as the perfect opportunity to make the enemy your footstool. Instead of defeat, God's presence brings victory and the promise of the very thing you thought would be kept from you. But you have to do your part - allowing your obedience to be a catalyst for progress and promotion.

You're Going To Make It Through

Even in the midst of our obedience, storms can arise and create a feeling of isolation. Sometimes, it feels like God himself has left you. Today's message reminds us that God is a keeper of his Word and while the path may be uncomfortable, the promises of God are great and true. Supporting Scripture: John 6:15-21

The Finished Work of Christ - Part 2

While God's grace is sufficient, it should not be a substitute for living Holy (according to God's Word). Jesus' death on the cross was an act of atonement for those who follow Him. There are many benefits that attach to the atoning work of Christ. Now more than ever, we have to understand and apply those benefits as we walk with Him.

Enough Is Enough

Do you get tired of the enemy playing with your mind? Your peace? Your blessings? Well, enough is enough...   It's not enough for us to receive the Word of God but we have to really start integrating it into every aspect of our daily lives. God's Word declares that He wants what is best for us, but the time has come for us to want the best for ourselves also. It's time to level up our faith to believe in God's promises and to put forth the effort to bring those promises to pass.    Supporting Scripture: Mark 9:14-29

This Is How You Fight Back - Part 2

The enemy deploys his tactics when he believes we are at our weakest. He wants to destroy our vessels so we cannot make room for our Heavenly treasures. So many times, the enemy convinces us to commit self-sabotage - by not aligning our minds and spirits with God's Word. However, God gives us the blueprint of how to conquer the enemy and his tricks. God's instructions, along with the authority He has imparted to us, provide the victory we were promised. Fighting back requires us to fight with the Word of God and put the enemy on notice that he cannot dwell within us.  Supporting Scripture: Matthew 4:1-11

We Are All Necessary

When it comes to cultivating our spiritual gifts, we must understand that each bring a specific gift to the Body of Christ. Our gifts have been personalized by God Himself and it is up to us to seek His guidance to further develop and use them in the appropriate manner. When we work in the lane that was created for us, doors will open, and when we learn to appreciate the gifts of others, we'll stop downplaying our own gifts and understand that we are all, in fact, necessary.  Supporting Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:1-31

Reset Your Intensity

In the second part of the "Reset" series, we are reminded that we must seek God with an unwavering intensity to fully experience His Presence. A true reset includes raising the intensity of our pursuit of God, our prayer life, and our praise. When we show reverence to God with intensity, we prove we can be trusted with the spiritual and natural blessings He has for us.  Supporting Scriptures: Mark 10:46-52; Luke 18:43

Reset Your Intentions

Sometimes God's purpose cannot be fulfilled because our intent is not ready. When our intent is not pure, it can taint our spiritual gifts and even stifle our life's progression. God will disrupt our plans to reset our intentions to align with His purpose. God resets our direction to fulfill His plan and not the plan that we have laid out for ourselves. A reset requires us to surrender, submit, and act in obedience to God's instruction. When we hold God's hand and move our feet (remember: faith without works is dead), once we get to our destination, God's presence will meet us there.  Supporting Scriptures: Acts 8:1; 9:1-17

Push Through

Being a child of God doesn't mean that we are exempt from storms. It's our response in those times of trials that can either help the storm pass over or keep it around longer than it should be. When we let our negative emotions overtake what we know what God's Word, we keep ourselves bound longer than necessary. But if we faithfully stand on God's promises, we are given the fuel and courage to push through.

When Jesus Gets In Your Ship

When trying to walk in God's purpose for our lives, the opposition can be at an all-time high. Instead of giving up, this is the time to dig deeper into God's word to renew our minds and spirits. God will use this time of renewal as an opportunity to step in and work on our behalf. With God working on our behalf, we are able to pull in our peace, our joy, and all the blessings He has for us. Supporting Scripture: Luke 5:1-11

This Is What I Know About Jesus

Often times we accept labels from those around us because we think they are the ones who know us best. Over time, those labels can cripple us and keep us bound and confused. We are reminded that only God has the power to put a label on us and what He calls us is far more superior than anything in the world has to offer. We are also reminded that God speaks on our behalf, and consistently proves that He cannot, and will not fail. Supporting Scripture: John 9:1-25,32

God Did It Again

When we aren't sure how to handle the circumstances life brings, we often take matters into our own hands, instead of trusting God's plan for us. Many times we try to problem solve on our own or try to peak too far into our future. Doing so makes us too self-sufficient and not reliant on God. Instead, we should remember that we have proof that God has our best interest at heart and we should rely on Him in every situation. Because if God did it before with less, He can surely do it again.  Supporting Scripture: Mark 6:1-9

Sleep In A Storm

When striving to walk in our purpose, it's undeniable that storms will arise. Sometimes, fear can even cause us to make troubles bigger than they are and last longer than they should. Fear and stress can also cause us to forget the promises of God. It's in those troubling moments that we have to remember that God is still with us - guiding and empowering us to continue to pursue what He has for us. Supporting Scripture: Mark 4:35-42

Sight Check

Sometimes our spiritual vision and perception can get distorted by the things of the world. Asking God for a "Sight Check" ensures that we are moving in accordance with His will and not our own. Supporting Scripture: Mark 8:22-26
