In today’s episode, a childhood sexual abuse survivor shares what it was like growing up in a home where sexual abuse, including abuse involving animals, was normalized, hidden, and never spoken about. She walks through the reality of grooming, manipulation, and fear, and how those dynamics made it nearly impossible to speak up, even when they knew something was wrong.
She opens up about the impact on their relationships, their sense of safety, and the long journey of processing shame, seeking therapy, and eventually finding the courage to share their story publicly. This conversation also explores why so many survivors don’t report, what the legal process actually looks like, and how healing and advocacy can coexist.

Growing up in Brazil, things looked pretty normal on the outside—but there were always weird things happening. Letters showing up in her name, people coming to the house asking for her… and none of it made sense at the time.
When she was 12, she found out why. Someone in her own family had stolen her identity and created companies in her name, leaving her with a massive amount of debt before she was even a teenager.
We talk about what that actually looked like growing up—dealing with legal issues as a kid, having her assets frozen at 18, and spending years trying to fix something she didn’t do.

Clark, a New Jersey man who was sentenced after confessing to killing the man who abused him as a child, breaks down the history between himself and Dennis Pegg, the allegations that went ignored for years, and the moment that led Fredericks to take matters into his own hands. It’s a heavy story about trauma, justice, and what happens when accusations are never fully addressed.

Kelly’s life changed when her twin brother was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder.
We get into what it’s really like loving someone in psychosis — the delusions, hospitalizations, and the emotional exhaustion of trying to hold onto someone who’s slipping away. She also opens up about losing her father in the process, as he became her brother’s full-time caregiver.
Alongside that, she shares her own lifelong battle with anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD, and what it’s like to suffer quietly while your family is in crisis.
This is a raw, honest conversation about grief, mental illness, and what it costs to love someone who’s breaking.

This guy is why they say ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.’ Looks like a MAGA but listening to him I would easily want to make him part of my ride-or-die crew. He came across as extremely genuine and in touch with his feelings, and I really enjoyed listening to his story.

Gross, dude.
Her parents are DEMONS
degenerate, unstable, scummy people going into teaching. not just that, but going into areas where they are in regular contact and authority over the most vulnerable kids. THE END.
I have trichtolemania as well, I know about the condition because I'm a doctor and was interested in psychiatry in medical school, there is no data about prevalence or anything in my country/ community, however I know from experience how prevalent it is. I need to take it seriously and go to therapy to find the deeper cause, a lot of what she said resonated woth me, I've a bald spot, I tried shaving, and I have to tie my hair a certain way so I don't have the urge to pull it. Thank you!
took way too long to tell that story
how GROSS a betrayal
teachers can be such c**ts
Everytime she laughs nothing is funny.
what is "really sad" is that this guy could have gotten probation, just probation, for this monstous stuff. this sister seems to think it is some kind of injustice that he got an actual sentence. those consequences she keeps talking about, that everyone else should get.maybe she can therapize sexually abused kids, tell them to "be resilient" and accuse them of "being addicted to victimhood" and taking advantage of a "culture of victimhood". she makes me furious and sick.
if you are that interested in "the truth" about pedophilia, then be skeptical of the if this sister is a therapist I fear for her clients. she thinks pedophiles "struggle with" pedophilia, and there is a "culture of victimhood", and that pedophilia is linked with IQ and lefthandedness -- and not conditioning and entitlement. she thinks her brother can do "monstrousthings" and not be a monster.
this woman is nice and likeable but really kind of a fuckup. as devious and underhanded as it sounds of how her mom acquired the kids, and as not nice of a person her mom is made out to be, the kids are better off.
What a smart woman, every sentence had the words like like & like in it. and she has experienced like racism, as a Hispanic like, but her mother is like white.
