Katie and Christie are in need of a wellness check. Seasons are changing, and there are currently SIX planets that are retrograde, so it is safe to say they are feeling the effects. In this episode, emotions are high, minds are reeling, and words are difficult. Christie is dealing with the end of one situation and the brand new start of another, while Katie is opening up about a topic she never dreamt of talking about publicly. Tune in as they live, laugh, cry their way to the other side, and let this episode speak for itself.

Katie and Christie are learning how to live in gratitude. It can be easy to appreciate the finer things in life, but it is a lifelong practice to be grateful for the little things, too. In this episode, Katie and Christie discuss how they may or may not have taken everything for granted when they were younger and the harsh lessons they learned to be more grateful. They also talk about whether gratitude is taught or earned, how they slowly began feeling thankful for more than just external things, and how living in gratitude has changed their entire outlook on the world, their life, and even...their organs? Tune in to hear all of the analogies and metaphors that might inspire you to start viewing gratitude differently. Enjoy!

Katie and Christie are getting to know that other four-letter word that begins with F; fear. In this episode, they discuss their physical fears and emotional fears, how different types of fear play a role in their identities, and how fear has either helped or hindered their growth. They also talk about where their fears originated from, the aftermath of those fearful experiences, and how cultural events have shaped our evolutionary fear responses. Tune in to find out which fear led to Christie accidentally losing a tooth and Katie's most irrational fear that may actually come true one day. If this episode proves anything, it is that they are NOT afraid of exposing themselves. Enjoy!

Katie and Christie are getting to know what makes them feel ALIVE. Of course there are things that bring us joy and make us happy, but what gives you that extra buzz or natural high of life? Katie and Christie are returning from a short break and feeling as jubilant as ever, which has inspired them to ponder that very question. In this episode, they discuss a few reckless thrills from their past and compare them to what they find thrilling now. Katie and Christie are getting to know what they consume from the media on a regular basis. It is no secret that we are surrounded by media influences everywhere we turn, but have we ever stopped to think about how they may really be affecting us? In this episode, they discuss the importance of paying attention to what we are consuming and how it is making us feel. What kind of impact are these influences having on our mindset, our outlook, and even our relationships? How can we become more conscious consumers without slipping into toxic positivity or complete overload? They also talk about consuming certain types of relationships and how interpersonal relationships may be a main ingredient for self-love. But first, Katie recaps her middle-aged birthday, and Christie reminds us of the recent Supermoon. Enjoy!

Katie and Christie are searching for the truth. This week, they are here to pull the curtain back on "the truth" and expose it for what it really is. In this unhinged episode, they discuss how there is no objective truth, that we all have unique realities, why society is so hung up on getting to the truth, and are memories even real? They also explore different ways we can use our truths to grow as individuals, and Christie shares a brief excerpt that will leave you with something to think about. Don't miss it!

Katie and Christie are back on the road to vulnerability. As a follow-up to their episode last year ("Your Vulnerability is Showing"), they are revisiting this topic in a new way. This week, they are opening up about painful past (and even present) relationships that took advantage of their vulnerability in a rude-awakening-type of way. They are not referring to your typical disagreements; they are more like explosive dynamics that left scars. In this episode, Katie and Christie are confronting their past, reconciling with their memories, and deciding how to keep an open heart, despite hurt feelings. But first, they are catching us up on a few recent studies they found and why you can now refer to them as doctors. Enjoy!

Katie and Christie are getting to know each other's recent revelations. In this episode, they discuss a few realizations about the most difficult challenges in their life. They walk us through the process that led to these revelations, why this time it is different, and what they plan to do with this new information. They also talk about where their revelations overlap, the concept of "doing the work" with or without the reward, and how to accept the never-ending process of healing. There is no preparing for the light bulb to go off or to have the a-ha moment you've been waiting for, so you might as well tune in and join the conversation. But first, Katie and Christie celebrate another exciting milestone. Enjoy!

Katie and Christie are joined by a very special guest, Mario Radinger, who is a practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). He is also a skilled Akashic record reader and founder of The Soul Journeys, a more progressive and flexible version of quantum hypnosis. In this episode, Mario does an excellent job of explaining the complex nature of QHHT and accessing our higher wisdom to help change our lives and minds. He will discuss how he learned about QHHT and its immediate impact on him, how it works by transcending space and time, helping others to enter different lifetimes (past, parallel, or future), and what it means to raise the vibrations around the world. He also elaborates on the difference between the subconscious and the Superconscious, your spiritual "team" and how they are chosen, what the Akashic records tell us, and how does deju vu play into all of this? Words cannot do this episode justice so you just have to tune in. Enjoy!

They also talk about where those stories originated from and the questions they ask when they are re-writing them. Tune in and ask yourself, "who is telling my story?"

Katie and Christie are getting to know the bigger picture. If you are someone who is feeling a shift in the universe, this episode is for you. Katie was recently introduced to the work of Dolores Cannon, a hypnotherapist and psychic researcher who studied past life regression, reincarnation, UFOs, and universal hidden knowledge. Dolores' work confirms their previous suspicions about where we go when we die, why there are ghosts, what happens when we cross over, if Jesus was real, universal theories, and SO much more. Her teachings are quite literally mind-blowing, so naturally, Katie and Christie had to discuss it. Tune in for answers...

Katie and Christie are getting to know their inner obsessive thots (and thoughts). This episode is not about current trends or new beauty products they are obsessed with; it is more about those all-consuming thoughts we get that don't seem to go away. Christie will out herself about a few of her recent obsessions, including a well-known YouTuber, and Katie will give perspective on her obsessions as someone who's recently been diagnosed with OCD. They talk about how they each navigate obsessive thoughts, what simple tools they use, how to channel the frustration of wanting to stop, and what NOT to say to someone who is having obsessive thoughts. Tune in to this fun exposè, but first, the two catch-up on exciting new awkward encounters and potentially tapping into a black hole. Enjoy!
