We talk about managing the many firsts happening due to the pandemic: work, home, faith and life challenges and daily changes that many of us are working through, and Loraine shares some really practical advice on how we can move through big feelings that may arrive unexpectedly in our day to day lives. There is so much good news in this episode for all of us! This is part one of a two-part conversation.
