This week I spoke with Melanie Swan. Melanie helps women to heal their metaphysical Womb – The Epicentre of Empowerment – dissolve old conditioning and reclaim their True Feminine and Masculine nature; to become whole, independent yet interconnected, Sovereign Beings. She guides women on how to use the menstrual cycle as a natural Spiritual Pathway, and is dedicated to Birthing New Consciousness for our current times through The Sacred Womb Podcast, The Personal Almanac, Birth Recalibration™ and The Womb Medicine Woman Training™. So it will come as no surprise that we spoke mainly about the womb and menstrual cycles. In our conversation we talked about how to heal and connect with our wombs, turning up and trusting our intuition as women, the wounded masculine and feminine and how these have kept us back as well as so much more in this episode. Learning that the symptoms we sometimes feel at the beginning of our cycle including that loud inner critic, cramps, headaches and many more are the manifestation of suppressed emotions was a big lightbulb moment. That the inner critic we so readily accept as part of us doesn't have to always co-exist and be tolerated!! Listen now and remember to leave a review! This one is going to make you rethink the way you do EVERYTHING! https://www.thesacredwomb.com/menstrual-cycle-tracker/ https://www.thesacredwomb.com/medicine-woman-training/ https://www.thesacredwomb.com/events/

A fascinating conversation whether you know lots or very little about this ancient wisdom.
This week I spoke to Celeste Stewart, Director of Bold Curiosity & a consultant in the leadership development space focused on self-leadership, on how women too can play big in their lives and businesses. My particular favourite though was talking sex after vaginal birth and having to rediscover what works for you all over again. Huge light bulb moment 💡 Lucy also shares her top pleasure resources and talks about her private community where you can explore all these topics in more depth (no pun intended).
Are all the answers to your problems, as easy as learning to love yourself? Emily and I talk in this episode how what it always comes back to is self-love.
