Hi friend! It's like I picked up the phone and gave you a call. How about I fill you in on the latest happenings with my weight-loss and recovery journey? I'm currently on the WW (Weight Watchers) Purple Plan. I'm also a grateful member of both Alanon and Adult Children of Alcoholics recovery programs. Let's check-in with each-other weekly and discuss: successes, struggles, favorites, and everything related to my health journey. I'm trying to heal from the inside out!
