This episode is so relevant to me. I am stuck on a cycle that has come to define me as a victim of my own life. Remembering 'the pain' is the only way out and off the cycle. I have never had this cycle explained so clearly before. And it is something I can do and I am now doing. I now have a choice. Be stuck or remember. I am practicing remembering the pain.
