This episode is so relevant to me. I am stuck on a cycle that has come to define me as a victim of my own life. Remembering 'the pain' is the only way out and off the cycle. I have never had this cycle explained so clearly before. And it is something I can do and I am now doing. I now have a choice. Be stuck or remember. I am practicing remembering the pain.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this podcast!!! I have been binging (pun totally intended 😜) on this while I drive for work. In the 2 weeks I've been listening my attitude towards "dieting" and especially towards myself has almost completely changed. I wish I could hug Cookie and personally thank her for everything she has done for me in such a short amount of time! I can wait to listen to the rest of the episodes (I just finished episode 25) and re-listen OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! Also, the irony of a master weight loss coach named Cookie, amuses me to no end! Definitely one of my top 3 favorite things about this podcast!
