Welcome to Weight of Mind, presented to you by Ditte Munch-Andersen, a clinical psychologist who has made it her life project to help people gain freedom from food addictions and help them break free of the diet mindset, building a path to diet freedom. Ditte is joined by her friend and Ayurvedic/Plant-Based enthusiast Kirsten Wearne, a self-confessed serial dieter who has spent many years struggling with her weight and building a healthy relationship with her mindset around food and accepting the body she lives in.
