Hey loves,
It's your girl again. Trying this new thing called consistency. We are finally in September!
Truly grateful for how the month has started and grateful for all the gifts God has given me. The last part of this episode was me coming to the realization that there is still so much work I need to do so the pressure is on and I am up for the task!
Hi loves,
Happy September.
Here are a few episodes I recorded a few episodes this past month. This was when I thought I wouldn't get my channel back. Super glad we don't have to worry about that anymore.
Ps: I may have gone off on a tangent on this episode
Love,
Sabali
I am back loves.
Finally recovered my channel and the biggest lesson in all of this is that it will hurt when you don't remain consistent.
I am so excited for the journey ahead and have truly missed this space. Toying around with a few ideas that I hope to implement.
Thank you to all my day 1s for pushing me to get back. I truly appreciate you.
Love,
Sabali
Let's get into it. I know we have all been there. When staying positive is the last thing on your mind yet everyone insists on it. I've been there, I have things that I struggle seeing any light at the end of the tunnel and this short episode is me trying to find out who is hoarding the 'Stay positive' manual. It needs to go around because I for one need to get some tips to carry me through.
2022, yes! How has the year been? Not without ups and downs I believe. I've been going through the motions myself and cannot take for granted the opportunities I've had to get out of my comfort zone. I share a few in this episode. In 2023, I hope to be a frequent on this space. See you then!
Enjoy this new episode family.
Peace and love family. I hope you are doing well. I'm doing great! I have been working on self- you know that's a daily choice and on some days I don't make the right choices but I still push through and do the work. This episode is on how we know when we have not given our best and how bad it haunts us. I hope whoever needs to hear this does and makes the necessary choice to do the work. Love, Sabali
Peace family! I hope you are well. Set the tone for the week you want to have.
Peace and love family! I hope you are keeping well. I'm healthy, blessed and at peace. Just dropping by this beautiful month of September with a short episode for you. I don't want to be gone from here too long because I know procastination gets in the way of things. I miss recording my episodes from the studio but you know a girl has to go out and grind because financial security is skmething we all need to work for. I dropped my first EP 'My Words' on YouTube on Sunday and I've got so much love from my people. Thank you so much! There's so much I have learned and keep learning when it comes to creating. I'm so glad I get to share my art and that it is received with so much love. This episode is for you! I'll be sharing more on the EP with you. Do take care of yourselves and remember you are your first and greatest assignment so act like it. Love, Sabali
What you want to see more of is where all your energy should go to. We get caught up when we look and speak on all we don't want to see. This message is for you if you want to get better at all you are doing. The key is to decide and then start. Imagine that! Decide to get in practice mode and do it over and over again until you don't need a reminder anymore. A short message to start your day right. Enjoy the rest of your week and focus on only what you want to see more of. Love, Sabali
Peace Family!
I hope you are doing great! Today is a beautiful day, I can feel it! So make sure you enjoy the day because you GET to experience today.
I'm doing great and this week we're taking a deep dive into why there's always something outside of ourselves that needs our attention. If it's not one thing it's another and it is spreading us thin. There's always something we need to be scared about. There's always something we need to speak against.
This is what happens when people know just what to do to get us rattled up. When people know more about us than we do, then it gets easy for us to be distracted.
We need to tap into the power we have as creators to create a life that works for us. Where attention goes, power grows and so the question is what are you giving power to? Do you know? Do you know why you are expected to give them power? Do you know that you are the battery that charges anything you give your energy to?
It's time we get out of this cycle that has left us without strength, hopeless, helpless and stressed. Our wellbeing and life depend on it. Our career advancements depend on it. We know what stress does to the body. We know how important and critical the mind is and we need to protect it by any means necessary.
Here is to giving our all to the only person we need to be worried about!

Journey back to Femininity- Wellness with Sabali
Peace family! I trust you are doing well. Today's episode is on Femininity. For most of us, we have to go against the grain when seeking femininity. It isn't promoted on our screens and so we have to dig deep even into history to see how feminine women thrived.
In this episode we will look into:
Definition of African feminine energy
Traits associated with feminine women
What masculine energy is
What feminine energy is not
How masculine energy affects our health and wellness
Effects of masculine energy on the family.
The history behind feminine women taking on masculine roles
I'd also like to share some resources on feminine women omen who use their spaces to speak on the importance of femininity:

I hope you are doing great! This week's episode is on THE PROCESS.
We'll be looking into:

Peace family! I hope you are all keeping well and warm. I am doing great. Today I want us to look into why we say we want things but never get them. Are we really willing to give up the things that make us comfortable and the things that are familiar with the things we truly desire? Do we deserve something for nothing? Here's my take. Enjoy

Peace to the family. I hope we are all keeping sane and well. I'm doing great!
I am enjoying great health, getting sun in daily, going out to get fresh air and it has really helped me stay grounded.
Today's episode is on the link between health and inheritance. This is a taboo topic for a lot of us. We haven't had the conversation on inheritance with our children, we have struggled to talk about it with our parents and some of us don't know where to start when it comes to drafting a will and what makes it valid under the law.
This episode will be followed up with a blog post where I will share on some of the key elements that constitute a valid will.
Here at Wellness with Sabali we speak on generational wealth and how as African families, we need to take control of the wealth we are creating and protect the family unit.
I hope this episode opens up communication channels and helps us have these critical conversations.

Peace family! I hope you are keeping well. I'm doing good.
Today we look at whether we are running away from our responsibilities by blaming some of the actions and traits we take on or if how we show up is beyond us. Let's dive in to see whether generational curses can be conquered.
Remember you are your biggest assignment so take you seriously.

Hello family! I hope we are all doing okay. I'm doing well and I'm excited to share some of the lessons I got and still get as I create.
I divided this episode into two. The first part is on the lessons I got before I started and the second part is on the lessons I got after I had started.
I hope you get a few gems and apply them in your life.
