The Epistles of John That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.
Matthew 17:10-12 says; And His disciples asked Him, “Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”11 And He answered and said, “Elijah is coming and will restore all things but I say to you that Elijah already came, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they wished. So also the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.” Christ makes the assertion that Elijah came already for the first coming. Should we expect him before the second coming? Who is Elijah? Has he come already? Why does James say that Elijah was weak yet he prayed and was heard. Does that have anything to do with you and your walk with God? If Elijah is to come again then surely he will come through vessels like John The Baptist who had the spirit of Elijah. Elijah's life reveals the character and trials that those who will be used before the second coming must go through. God is still using Elijahs' in every generation. Pastor Bernardo preached part of this series of messages while living in Botswana Africa in 2008. Another part of the sermons were shared locally in Missoula, Montana. We pray it is a blessing for your life!

One of the most important things we can learn in our lives is to learn to forgive others who have wronged us. If the Lord's prayer has any importance in our lives then the commandment to forgive others is not optional! The Lord taught us how to pray by saying, forgive us our debts as we forgive those who trespass against us. In this series of sermons pastor Bernardo takes us on a biblical journey to learn and practice forgiveness the way God would want us to do it.
