it's all In the same world...you can see news crawls covering events from previous episodes. a lot of em reference ole girl from the white bear episode. in hated in the nation, the blonde detective referenced working on the case of the boyfriend of the girl from white bear. in one of the episodes they talk about finding the body of the guy from the calister episode. Hell the last episode of season 4 shows all the murder instruments from the past lol
