We asked someone at The Board Walks: "What does self-love mean to you?" His answer? Volunteering. Helping others. Doing for everyone but himself. And it hit us. most people think self-love is selfish. Or they think it's bubble baths and face masks. But what it actually is? Boundaries. Self-love is making rest a priority. It's turning off work mode at a certain time. It's saying no to things that drain you, even if it disappoints people you care about. It's alone time to recharge so you can actually show up for the world. We live in a culture that glorifies breaking your back to create a table for others to eat off of. But here's the truth: you can't give from an empty cup. And when people serve others while avoiding themselves, they're often running from something, their own dreams, their potential, the uncomfortable work of sitting with themselves. In this episode, we break down what self-love actually looks like in practice. We talk about the relaxation crisis, why discipline is self-love, how to send your body gratitude, the importance of pausing between tasks, and why being in your head all day is destroying your nervous system. ✨ Thank you for listening!Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. This is the story Cam has been holding close for two years. The day before we met: February 18, 2024, he was at mile 8 of the Austin Marathon, completely empty. No energy left. Undertrained. Ready to quit. And in that moment, he prayed for the first time in his life. What happened next defies logic: his tank refilled with a different kind of energy, he finished the race pointing at strangers saying "thank you God, I love you," and that night, sobbing in a tiny bathtub with his knees to his chin, he fully surrendered. He asked for everything he was ready for. His purpose. His family. His wife. Less than 24 hours later, an intuitive voice told him to go to the sauna. He walked into the meditation room. And there Elle was, writing on her phone in a pink sweatshirt. We're recording this on our two-year anniversary, at the exact time we met. This episode is about divine timing, emptying the vessel, fork-in-the-road moments, and what happens when you fully surrender to something bigger than yourself. The no contact trend is everywhere. People are cutting off family members, ghosting old friends, and walking away from relationships that used to be non-negotiable. Why? Because we've reached a point in human evolution where you don't need your family to survive. For the first time ever, people have the freedom to consciously choose who gets access to their energy. In this episode, we talk about “Obligation Town” – the place where most people live their entire lives doing things they don't want to do just because they "should." We share why obligation breeds resentment, what unconditional love actually means, and the flashlight analogy that changed how we think about boundaries. If you've ever felt guilty for setting boundaries with family, this conversation will give you permission to choose yourself.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. What happens when you're doing everything "right" but still feel like you're not doing enough? Cam shares his journey with enoughness: a feeling that's plagued him since childhood. Despite accomplishing incredible things, he'd end every day feeling like he fell short. This pattern didn't just affect his self-worth; it affected his relationships. People he loved couldn't function around his energy. Good people ghosted him. And he didn't understand why until recently. In this vulnerable episode, we explore the high achiever trap, why urgency and impatience push people away, the difference between the two, and how to finally break the cycle. Whether you're the Fortune 100 CEO or working 9-5 in corporate, if you feel like what you're doing isn't enough, this conversation will resonate. Healing is possible. Enoughness is available. And you're worthy right now. 🤍Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. We sit down in our signature big shirts to talk about something that looks odd from the outside: our life. We don't travel. We don't take vacations. We work from morning to midnight some days. And we love it. Why? Because we've stepped into our purpose. This episode is for anyone who's multi-passionate, tired of being told to "pick one thing," or wondering what it actually means to live in your purpose. We share why we rebranded Listen Before Love to Whimsy World at the height of the pod’s success, how to know when your energy is waning, and why discovering your purpose happens through action, not thought. If you're on the verge of stepping into something bigger, this conversation will give you permission to experiment, pivot, and build the giant pool instead of the tiny red solo cup.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. After crying on the pod a few weeks ago, something switched. This past month became the most productive of our lives.Elle unblocked a 2.5-year creative backlog, got completely off social media, started a weekly newsletter for The Board Walks, created the onboarding experience for hosts, and built an entire content ecosystem. Cam started his weekly newsletter after years of half-assing his creations, automated nutrition and multiple areas of the business, started a rigorous “dunk” program, and found a daily flow for peak embodiment and creativity. We share the pattern of emotional dips leading to creative breakthroughs, the "prolific cranking season" that changed everything, and why 2026 feels like the Phoenix rising from the ashes. This is about devotion to the present moment, structured art, simplifying ruthlessly, and finally letting go of over-complication.If it doesn't feel incredibly simple, it's not in its final form yet. This episode is about seasonal rhythms, emotional maturity, and trusting that every dip leads to a rise.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. I sat down to record and realized I didn't want to. I was on my period, low energy, but pushing myself to keep our weekly streak alive. Cam stopped me and said: "You don't need to do anything ever again." What unfolded was a raw conversation about the core wound I've been carrying my entire life: sacrificing my natural rhythm to meet others' needs. We didn’t plan to share this episode, which is why there are moments where we speak so quietly that the mic doesn’t pick it up, but we decided that someone out there may benefit from this conversation. We explore the difference between being in your rhythm versus sacrificing it for productivity, masculine and feminine energy polarity (especially with entrepreneurial couples), and how resting might actually be the highest contribution you can make. This is for anyone who's been conditioned to believe their worth comes from constant productivity.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. We stepped down from hosting daily calls, weekly communities, and monthly events… all at once. It felt abrupt from the outside, but inside we were learning something crucial: life isn't meant to be expansion all the time. Just like nature has seasons, we do too. This episode is about honoring contraction, what happened when we took two weeks offline, and how brand new paths appear when you stop avoiding what needs to be felt. Elle cries about losing her creative magic on Twitter. Cam realizes he's lacking structure.Together, we solve our blocks live on camera. What if weight loss didn't require restriction, punishment, or hating yourself? After gaining 30 pounds together and loving our bodies more than ever, we're testing a radical approach: releasing weight from joy, not force. We share our DEXA scan results, the moment it took an hour for Elle to say the number on the scale out loud, and how discovering “set point weight” changed everything. This conversation covers Orange Theory burnout, eating ice cream daily, nervous system regulation, and why transparency about weight is the most liberating thing we've ever done. What if most relationship problems aren't about compatibility… they're about space? Not physical space, but the mental and emotional bandwidth each person has to notice the nuances of life and love. This conversation dives deep into why men often operate in binary mode (good/bad, on/off, working/broken) while women are juggling a dozen different variables at once. Cam shares the provider mindset that keeps men focused on survival-level needs, even when everything "seems fine." Elle explains why indirect communication, thinking you're being clear when you're actually speaking in code, leads to the surprise divorces men never see coming. We break down the house-fire metaphor (there's smoke... one room is burning... half the house is on fire... and he still didn't move), explore the Love is Blind example that perfectly captures this dynamic, and talk about how to actually bridge the gap without resentment on either side. This is real talk about partnership, presence, and what it actually takes to meet each other where you are.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. Ever notice how much energy you spend just trying to look "acceptable"? Elle opens up about recording herself walking around her room to check her back fat, waking up early every day to “put on her face," and the invisible prison most women live in without even realizing it.In this raw conversation, Elle and Cam unpack the 128-point inspection women put themselves through daily, why the beauty standard is a game no one can win, and what happened when Elle started going to McDonald's without makeup on.If you've ever felt trapped by your own reflection, dimmed by the need to look "acceptable," or like you're fooling everyone with your appearance, this conversation might feel like an exhale.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. "If you wouldn't let them through your front door, they're not getting in the community."In the final part of this raw 2.5 hour conversation, we completely redefine what friendship means in 2025, and why the old rules are making everyone miserable.Elle and Cam break down why feeling obligated to respond to every text, show up to every event, or maintain weekly check-ins is actually preventing real connection. They share why the best friendships operate on spontaneity and flow rather than rigid expectations. What we explore: • Why "I haven't posted since 2011" people don't understand the attention differential • The evolution of friendship from obligation-based to flow-based connection • Why real friends can disappear for 6 months and pick up where they left off • How we're building a community where healthy attachment is the default • The passive-aggressive friendship texts that signal unhealthy attachment ("Did you fall off the Earth?") • Why you don't owe anyone your time, energy, or immediate response • How redefining "friend" makes room for actual depth and presenceThis isn't about being a bad friend. It's about building friendships that don't drain you, where you show up because you genuinely want to, not because you're obligated to.If you've ever felt exhausted by friendship expectations, guilty for not texting back, or suffocated by people who need constant validation... this conversation will set you free.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. Have you ever left a conversation feeling completely drained... even though the other person thought it was amazing?Or walked into a room full of people and felt utterly alone? In Part 2 of this raw 2.5 hour conversation, Elle and Cam unpack why that happens, and what we're building to solve it.We dive deep into the energetic differential (why you end up coaching people without realizing it), the consciousness gap (why most relationships feel misaligned), and the philosophy behind The Board: a curated community for people who are tired of settling for surface-level connections. What we explore: • Why the person with more space always ends up giving in conversations • The "full cup" vs "empty cup" dynamic and how it affects all your relationships • Why over-inclusivity has made most communities mediocre (and how ruthless curation creates magic) • The consciousness differential: why conversations always center around the least free person • How we're building The Board for high-consciousness, high-competence people ready to rise together • Why feeling lonely in a crowd is actually a sign you're ready for the next level • The real reason you can't answer DMs (it's not what you think)This is about finding your frequency. Your people. Your home.If you've ever felt like you're walking through a dark hallway waiting to find the light, or if you're tired of being the one who always holds space while no one pours into you... this one's for you.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. In episode 3 of Hot Seat, Akaash explores his lifelong struggle with authority figures, and discovers his higher self has become the latest one he's rebelling against.Growing up with a commanding mother who dictated every decision and an absent father who prioritized career over family, Akaash learned early that complying meant survival. He never knew he could choose. Teachers, coaches, even white males in general, he felt himself shrink around anyone he perceived as having power over him. For years, alcohol was the only thing that let him feel "normal" around people.Fast forward to today: Akaash has transformed nearly every area of his life. He left toxic relationships, quit his corporate career, moved cities, built a spiritual practice. But there's still one domain where he feels paralyzed, approaching women when his heart tells him to. And in this conversation, the pattern becomes crystal clear. His higher self is giving him directions (intuitive hits to talk to someone), and he's treating those nudges like orders from an authority figure he doesn't want to obey. The same rebellion that protected him as a child is now the thing keeping him from his deepest desires. Cam breaks down how the final 5% of reclaiming your power isn't about healing wounds from external authority, it's about trusting yourself enough to follow your own inner knowing without resistance. This episode goes deep into compliance vs. choice, masculine devotion, leading with compassion, and why the same wound that made you empathetic might be the thing blocking you from stepping fully into your power.Don't forget to leave us a 5 star review, they help more people find the pod and remember their magic. What happens when you try to force something that isn't ready yet?In Part 1 of this raw 2.5 hour conversation, Cam "cooks" on Elle about the block that's been keeping her from creating the final piece of our biggest project yet: The Board, a premium community for renaissance people who crave meaningful conversations and everyday magic.Everything is ready. The systems are built. The team is waiting. Dozens of people are signing up. But Elle can't seem to complete the one crucial piece that only she can create. And despite knowing logically that this will make her life easier, something in her body won't let her move forward. This isn't about procrastination. It's about what happens when your nervous system perceives the next level as a threat, even when your mind knows it's aligned. What we explore: • Why emotional readiness matters more than logical deadlines • The baby/pregnancy metaphor for creative projects (you can't force labor) • How past experiences of being "at capacity" create invisible blocks • Why "it's all downhill from here" is the best possible thing (momentum, not decline) • The difference between force and flow in creation • How the energy you create from gets imprinted into what you buildCam breaks down why Elle's been hesitant despite this being everything she's ever wanted, and what it means to build a business from pure alignment instead of deadlines and pressure. If you've ever felt stuck waiting for the "right time" or struggled to force yourself to do something you know is aligned, this conversation will give you permission to trust your own timing.Join Our Communities:✨ Apply for The Board, a curated global network for people who have everything except the right room.✨ Walk with us for 5 miles and meaningful conversations, now in 10+ cities: www.theboardwalks.com ✨ Subscribe to The Friday Debrief for lightbulb moments from The Board WalksConnect With Elle & Cam:✨ Elle’s newsletter HERE ✨ Cam’s newsletter HERE✨ Elle Beecher’s social media ✨ Cam Hogan’s social mediaExplore Whimsy World:✨ Listen on Spotify, Apple, & all platforms✨ Watch & Subscribe on Youtube✨ Buy us a spring water if you enjoy our episodesAbout Your Hosts:Cameron Hogan is an intuitive healer who helps high-performers shed their limiting beliefs and awaken. In episode 2 of Hot Seat, our guest Akaash Prasad gets vulnerable about the one area of his life where he still feels completely stuck: approaching women. After years of self-improvement, meditation, and massive life changes, Akaash has transformed everything – except this. He's left toxic relationships, quit his corporate job, moved cities, and found his power in nearly every domain. But when it comes to talking to someone he's attracted to? Total paralysis. What makes this conversation different is that Akaash isn't avoiding it out of fear of rejection. He can literally feel his future partner's energy – recognizes shards of her in people he meets. The universe keeps sending him signs. So why can't he move? We explore the gap between logical knowing and emotional readiness, why "just getting reps" isn't always the answer, and how sometimes the resistance isn't about the action itself, it's about what comes after.By the end, Akaash walks away with permission to trust what he already knows.Don't forget to leave us a 5 star review, they help more people find the pod and remember their magic. Welcome to Hot Seat – a new series where we invite friends, community members, and internet strangers to have honest conversations about what they’re dealing with right now.In this episode, Cam and our first series regular Akaash Prasad explore the gap between knowing how you “should” respond versus how you actually feel.Akaash posted something heartfelt on Twitter. Five minutes later, someone logically dismantled it. What followed was a spiral through anger, shame, and self-judgment that led to this honest conversation about seeking validation online. By the end, Akaash goes from "I want to deactivate everything" to "I feel like I'm gonna float away."
