Broken Barrel brings a unique approach to aging their whiskey - they finish it with barrel staves.  Some whiskey nerds frown on this practice, saying it is cheating and that aging it appropriately is the only way to go.I really don't care what anyone else says.  I need to taste everything myself and I'll try anything once…. If you are my age or older, you probably grew up on Lynyrd Skynyrd.  The southern rockers have put out their own whiskey and were nice enough to send it over.Hell House was named after the cabin where the band’s original members, Ronnie Van Zant, Gary Rossington, Allen Collins and their bandmates spent time making music day and night for Lynyrd Skynyrd’s devout fanbase. Recently, Bakers released their newest 13 year bottle.
