When mysterious boulders appear in a freeway underpass, Sheryl and Jesse go to investigate. They discover the boulders were placed there to discourage homeless residents, but have ended up dividing the neighborhood. Are the boulders a peaceful protest or hostile architecture?  And what should be done when conflict arises between housed and unhoused neighbors?  

In this Very Special Episode, Jesse and Sheryl reunite for their first walk after the arrival of Coronavirus.  They investigate some of the social distancing questions that have been occupying the neighborhood during this time of crisis, such as: Are heavy-breathing joggers a danger?  How far is six feet apart, anyway?  Is social distance shaming acceptable?  What should people do about their maid service? And how generous are neighbors when it comes to toilet paper?

When Mary complains about a developer's plan for a lot across the street from the house she has lived in for five decades, Jesse and Sheryl take a walk on her block.  They discover that not everyone is opposed to the ultra-modern homes that are spreading throughout the neighborhood.  However, these "McModerns" do attract some very problematic new neighbors.

After a neighbor posts a poll asking who people are supporting in the March 2020 primaries, Jesse and Sheryl decide to take to the streets and conduct their own poll.  They encounter indecision and confusing lawns signs.  Inspired by a second post about the new LA County voting system, Jesse and Sheryl go check out the polls, cast their ballots, and make their voices heard.

When a neighbor complains that the gas-powered leaf blowers used by gardeners are too noisy and dirty, Jesse and Sheryl set out in search of the machines.  They follow a trail that leads them to Batman's old nemesis.

A new hamburger joint, Black Star Burger, has opened in the neighborhood, but it's owned by a Russian rapper named Timati who included an anti-gay lyric in a song. Some neighbors want the restaurant to be boycotted, while others think that's going too far. Jesse and Sheryl decide to pay a visit to Black Star to determine if the new restaurant is a positive addition to the neighborhood.

Construction has begun on a 16-story high-rise luxury building on Wilshire Boulevard, and Justin wants all the neighbors to know about it.  But is Justin posting because he's concerned about the building's impact on traffic, or does he have ulterior motives?  And how will this high-rise affect others in the neighborhood?  Jesse and Sheryl take a walk up to Wilshire to find out.  Features special guest, comedian Brian Kiley.

After a used condom is found at Reynier Park, Sheryl and Jesse learn that this tiny park is jam-packed with picnic tables, trash cans, and strict rules about what activities are permitted or forbidden.  But who gets to make the rules: The immediate neighbors?  The park visitors?  And what happens when there's a culture clash between the different parties?  Take a walk with the co-hosts around one square block of LA that is fertile ground for tension.

Scared of burglars?  Deluged with junk mail?  Annoyed by realtors?  Sheryl and Jesse discover through a post by their neighbor Art that mid-city LA is being overrun by burglars, junk mail, and realtors all at once.  Take a walk with the co-hosts as they try to determine how real the danger is.

Have you had your mail stolen?  Been the victim of identity theft because you used a blue mailbox?  After reading a post by a woman whose mail was taken from a nearby USPS mailbox, Jesse and Sheryl decide to take a closer look to learn how mailbox theft works and what can be done about It.

Love dogs but hate their mess?  Maybe you just hate dog owners who won't pick up after their dogs?  In the first episode of "Who's Next Door," Jesse and Sheryl talk to both dog owners and their neighbors who have had enough with the piles of poop on their street.
