After a prolonged absence, WHO TRUE FREAKS is back and ready to talk about the adventures of the greatest Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. The Peter Capaldi Doctor is up to his old tricks, travelling through time and saving those who needed to be saved...but when the person he intends to save turns out to be a young version of Davros, the creator of the Daleks, could the Doctor's compassion lead to the creation of the most destructive force of all?
