It is very easy to get caught up in events that make up our lives and almost forget that most of the difficulties we are faced with are only as stressful as we make them be.

I know I'm not that old, but with the standards of Hollywood and society, 25 is old enough. Here I'm talking about how many times over the years I was called older than I was because of the way I looked on social media and in real life.

It's that wonderful time of the year. I mean it's getting there. This past weekend it was Turkey Day now we are going to have a countdown to Christmas then New Year and just like that 2020 will be over. Every year holidays bring some sort of stress and depression and this year it's way worse due to the pandemic.
