I am Rob Lutts President and Chief Investment Officer of Cabot Wealth Management, Inc. based in Salem, Massachusetts. I have invested in public companies for 38 years observing during that time tremendous success and failure in business. I believe excellence in management is one key to business success. The purpose of this interview is to shine a light on some of the key decision-making characteristics employed by successful business leaders. What worked for the leaders and what did not? How did the leader manage the organization successfully with what strategies? After years of studying business leaders I believe there are some key common steps that great business leaders take to achieve extraordinary success.
