Ritchie (RB) and I talked about the current lives and career situations. We also provide some dope content to help jump-start a year. The team is back to business with a special guest Chris Zavala. P lead us into a much needed conversation about different aspects of having a circle. Lo lets us know how he views his circle. Z drops so important nuggets different roles in a circle. We talk about stimulus memes, and Tay tells a story about Z.

Our permeant host P directs the team and their beautiful wives through a needed conversation about marriage and various aspects of relationships. The team plays a game of "This or That." RB disagrees with his wife (Jadè). Lo and his wife (Yaz) brings 12 years of experience and expresses that they are still learning. Lo leads the team on an interesting conversation about current issues that are getting a lot of attention in the Air Force. Tay and RB have a heated debate about Airmen and EPR's. P wants to add more change to the Air Force PT test. All the while, Lo plays devil's advocate. During this episode, Tay leads the boys in a discussion about forgiveness; it does not go as planned. RB justifies his reasoning not to forgive so fast. At the same time, P uses what people did to him as fuel. Lastly, Lo plays the middle man and helps the team see both sides of the coin.

This episode is short than usual, but P host a powerful message about how the Air Force is adapting to the newer generation. The team talks about the additional guidance about wearing a mask across the DOD. RB discusses how he thinks the new guidance is unnecessary, but he understands. Tay feels like it is a knee jerk reaction to the current pandemic. Additionally, P talks to the team about several Airmen feel neglected; when it comes to communication, Lo talks about how he feels we can bridge the gap.
