We often find ourselves silently wishing for others to understand our unspoken desires. To see through the hidden signals and magically fulfill our needs. People aren't mind readers, and expecting them to lead to frustration and resentment. In this episode, I share a technique and script for asking for what you need. Asking for what you need is an act of vulnerability and authenticity. You get to ask for support and learn to control your emotions to prevent the build-up of negative feelings and resentment.
