Ep. 77 When we think of self care we think manicures, massages, a self help book, a nature walk. Shit I have an entire podcast on free self care. But im so over talking about how self care is going to help, when I know im not into the books anymore, or the gurus, or the coaches. I roll my eyes, and think its so cringe when we are talking about things to do for self care when in the reality of things, self care Is how we actually self talk and self treat ourselves. The Bird Brain Podcast : https://open.spotify.com/episode/13GSXge99KBLnGAM8shV6K?si=0ca7853b25f047aeNo Spend Self Care: https://open.spotify.com/episode/688TBrzniYiXq3palFU370?si=a46f588651a14fb9

"Intimidating” is a word that immediately brings up feelings of shame for many women. It’s essentially a professionally acceptable way to call someone bossy, unapproachable, or even (gasp!) bitchy. Why would you be called intimidating? What makes you intimidating & more on harnessing this super power.
How often have you removed youself from something that wasn’t benefiting you? Or how often have you stayed in something because you are protecting someone else’s peace? How often have you let yourself be pushed to the side to make someone else more comfortable? Or when was the last time you did something for you to make your life more peaceful?
Protecting your peace is essential for maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Different methods work for different people, but there are a handful of things you can do in unison or solo to reset and reground yourself for some peace. Happy Wednesday!
Ep. 63 Are we all just settling when we say " it is, what it is?" What if, it is not? Living out an authentic life means hitting obstacles, but do we just turn around when we don't have a solution? Why is this phrase so often used, and are we actively moving towards success with this attitude?
Ep. 62 Lazy work ethic is one of my biggest pet peeves, but what and why do people lack work ethic? How can we shift our mindset to understand others who don't put the effort forward. What contributes to work ethic & how we can level up how we roll at work, in work, in business, etc, is what is in store on this episode.
Ep. 61 Some of us are more equipped to figure it out, while some of us are struggling to figure anything out at all. This episode talks about what is holding us back from making moves in our own world, how to start figuring out how to find solutions, and some reminders and inspiration so you can move into being a more authentic verson of you.
