About Chantrice Rachelle
Chantrice Rachelle is currently an IT Program Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar projects for a cybersecurity team at AT&T. She has been with AT&T for over five years and has worked with various IT teams throughout the company, serving as Program Manager, Lead Project Manager, Applications Project Manager, Business Analysis, and Defect Manager. Prior to AT&T, Chantrice worked in the education sector, simultaneously, as a Web Specialist and Project Manager in IT Services Department at her alma mater, the University of West Georgia. Chantrice is also a visual artist, a mentor, and a podcast host and producer.
Background + Education
She is the founder of Project SWATS, whose mission is to share wisdom and tools for success in areas known as the Five Pillars of Wisdom: Personal Wisdom, Professional Widsom, Financial Wisdom, Tech Wisdom, and College Wisdom. She earned a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Management from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University). Imade is a Strategic Advisor with expertise in, project management, change management, risk management, corporate strategy development as well as result-based monitoring and evaluation. She has over 13years' experience in delivering projects and programs for both private and public sector organizations in Nigeria. She has also served as the Abuja Outreach Lead of the Project Management Institute, Nigeria Chapter and she is currently serving with the Project Management Institute, South Africa Chapter as a student mentor at the University of Pretoria, where she guides a group of 5 first-year students to implement a project as their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.

About Monica
Monica brings 15 years of experience as senior executive administration working with senior executives across multiple companies and industries. Prior to the resort’s opening, she served as Executive Assistant to General Manager and then Property President Bill Boasberg, a role she was promoted into after 7 months. In this position, she served as liaison to the resort’s Board of Directors, led property tours and managed multiple projects across the C-Suite allowing Boasberg to focus on launching and opening the newly created resort. Most recently, she served as the Senior Executive Assistant to Property President Melonie Johnson. Her attention to detail and project management experience is an added value to her role as Project Manager.
Industry Work
Monica Byrd serves as Senior Project Manager, a subcontractor that resides within and is solely dedicated to advancing the $1.6 billion-dollar MGM National Harbor casino resort. She oversees a collaborative of $1.0 million-dollar project portfolio that includes the resort’s Executive Offices, Osteria Costa Italian Restaurant, The Theater at MGM National Harbor, Lobby Bar and a host of retail, hotel and entertainment related projects and is responsible for project success from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
Most recently, she was spotlighted for her outstanding work establishing herself as an esteemed project manager within the construction, commercial, retail, and residential sectors. As the owner of CHARCOAL BLUE Project Management and a PM at MGM Resorts International, Monica has extensive experience leading teams, working with senior executives across industries, convening designers, planners, architects, and developers - all while getting the job done well and with fresh perspective.

Desiree Booker is the Founder & CEO of ColorVizion Lab LLC, a consulting firm providing diversity recruitment solutions to companies and career coaching for people of color. Noting the extreme lack of diversity in executive roles across industries, Desiree has dedicated much of her career to preparing multicultural leaders for career advancement opportunities.

Prior to assuming her role as CEO and Principal Consultant, Desiree worked with global brands such as NBCUniversal, MSNBC, Nickelodeon, WarnerMedia, and Gartner. About Marie.
Marie’s career began in the classroom, teaching the bright faces of 5th-grade students. A few fateful classroom experiences led her to develop a new role within her organization, spurring her introduction to the discipline of project management. After earning her PMP certification, she served her debut role as a project manager as the only woman in the company.
Industry Work.
Today Marie supports the Department of Defense in the US Public Sector organization of Cisco. In her work, she links arms with her customers, bringing them into the Cisco family, and building top of the line solutions from start to finish in support of national interests.
Background + Education.
Marie currently serves on the PMI Northern Utah Chapter Board of Directors as the Vice President of Finance. In this role, she oversees the financial and fiduciary responsibilities of the chapter. Outside of those efforts, she mentors early-in-career project managers and college students, encouraging them, and elevating project management practices locally and beyond.

Good News. Bad News.
As my 6 year old likes to start every conversation these days, “I have some good news, and I have some bad news, which one do you want first?”
Well, the bad news is that 2020 birthed a global pandemic in the midst of you navigating your project management career (not to mention the rest of you life).

In this second half of her career journey, Katrena has returned to her first love of mental wellness with a focus on grief. Katrena is an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, coach, author, & international speaker from Dallas, Texas. Donna’s passion for technical project management has led to multiple successfully delivered projects. Donna has led software, infrastructure, and network projects ranging from SharePoint upgrades, disaster recovery, migration initiatives, and data governance for both the public and private sectors.
Background.
Ordonna's career in project management spans over 10 years supporting clients such as Credit Suisse, Viacom, NBCU, Goldman Sachs, Volkswagen, and General Motors. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Management from the illustrious HBCU, Hampton University. Donna earned her MPA degree in Public Administration and Affairs program at Metropolitan College of New York. She also completed a Business Analytics program with Wharton University.
In addition to her passion for projects, she is also passionate about ensuring women like herself, do not let fear stop or hold them down from becoming who they desire to be.

Stella is currently a Project Manager at PTC where she manages projects for manufacturing companies that are moving towards implementing smart technology with a foundation in augmented reality and Industrial Internet of things.
