I just watched a really interesting documentary on Keli Lane in Australia. Convicted of killing her infant daughter in a no body case. Many hidden pregnancies and giving two babies away without family knowledge. Her trial appears to have many flaws. This seems like a great case to cover! I have been binging and loving your podcast! Thank you!

I wonder if LE really got this one 100% correct. She couldn't even handle HEARING the description of what was done to the child without bursting into tears -- yet she is supposed to be the one who did this? She is supposed to be the sole perp? I think there is a male perp involved somehow who was never identified. Maybe an impotent old dude.

this kind of crime is NOT rare. what are these ladies talking about? and they have a career in this? the SUSPECT/PERP, in this not-rare kind of crime, is the rarest of the rare.

Teale was an alias used by Bernardo. To me this shows that she still had some sort of tie with him, whether it be emotional psychological, etc. Her sentencing and subsequently release were shameful The charges against his lawyer never should’ve been dropped. I walked past the convenience store that Leslie Mahaffey was taken from, in Burlington, with my infant son many many times right after her disappearance.I wondered if her body might be in the wooded area we walked past . Scary and sad

Crime is here, but I don't see the women (save for the lovely two hosts, of course). I enjoyed it, but it stood out to me

As a teen had two female friends that experienced Cannabis Psychosis. Both ended up with mental health issues later in life. I don’t know if the potency has any real impact if it’s a precursor of a mental illness.

there was nothing "protecting" this young woman from an actual physical assault. being "someone known to the victim" is NOT any barrier to a physical sexual assault, and you can ask any of countless women and girls R'd by men and boys they knew, especially family members and stepfathers. these women teach about women and crime - yet make these kinds of ignorant comments? there was nothing benign about what he did to her; he wasn't trying to bond with her or any of that crap.

Just so you are aware...Michelle Carter is from Plainville, MA and Tiana lived in Plainville, CT. Those are two different places!

I hate these parents. Ethan could have received help if his parents were more attentive.

I just find it hard to believe that Rajeeve didn’t suspect his father due to the murder was such a random act, his family disowned him, and the cultural component.

Of course this was a hate crime! And that stupid remark about Christopher Newsom's rape ("were they homosexual")?! Rape isn't about sex, it's domination - the worst thing you could do to a heterosexual man.

Definitely not victim blaming, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to have your underage child’s partner living with you under any circumstances!
