The show contrasts the ecstatic nature of prog house and US garage with field recordings from his seaside hometown of Southport. We're very happy to announce a new show on WRECKS WRADIO by one of the first artists we released here on Klasse Wrecks. Barcelona based Venezuelan artist Phran will be joining the ranks with a regular show, each time delving into his record collection for our listeners, enjoy this sonic experiement!

Neil Gavin Rumney is an artist that started putting out rave on Chill Records and ended up as a respected garage artist, but for me his sweet spot was 1995 - 2005 when he put out 9 EPs under the guise of Trotters Independent Traders. Like the Only Fools and Horses characters the name references, he takes a liberal approach to copyright throughout the whole catalogue which came out on his own label, Ruff On Wax Recordings. The latest episode is dedicated to Rumney's output: an hour of UK hard bouncy house at its zenith.

In 1997, the DJ Omega III took a trip to Benidorm with seventeen seventeen year olds. His first holiday abroad was notable for several significant reasons: his first marker tags on the continent, the first time he was dispersed with pepper spray and an incredible haul of early Bakalao records that he was offered in the Ku Discoteca car park. The dusty wax remained in the recesses of his collection until this week, when he finally made peace with the naïve melodies, abrasive synths and unapologetically euro percussion. The New Nevill Street Catacombs kicks off with field recordings, moving through chill-out tracks, early trance, Italian house and the odd Klasse catalogue cut. 2023 proved too much for the Omega III studio needles so the last show of the year on Wrecks Radio features an assemblage of high tempo trance tinged digitracks to push you on through the catacombs. Expect compositions from Klasse Kids Mogwaa and Luca Lozano alongside promos and digital files mined online.
