In this episode of the “Write This Down” podcast Rhonda and I discuss religious deconstruction, pronouns, and the nasty effects of an elaborate scam that Rhonda was the victim of.
TW for unaliving.  I make up for a short episode last week with an extended episode this week where Rhonda asks me a series of questions about my recent bipolar diagnosis. Call 2-1-1 for local support and help if you are struggling with mental health. No feeling is permanent and you are not alone.
You caught me! I got hungover and made a short voice recording on my thoughts about being recently diagnosed with ADHD. Thank you for sticking around and checking out this small little podcast bite.
In episode 4 of the Write This Down podcast, Shayna and James discuss favorite books, what they would say to their past and future selves, and what they envision as a return to tradition.
In this episode, I am joined by Rhonda Jo Gilbertson-Evans, a dear friend of mine and the mate-of-honor at my wedding. We discuss how we met, our passion for the arts (especially in the Fargo-Moorhead area), and our struggles with mental health.  I hope you enjoy the episode. If you are having mental health struggles, you are not alone. Here are some resources that may help. In the FM area, you can call the First Link 2-1-1 line and they will lend a listening ear and set you up with resources in the area to get you the help you need.  Try 9-8-8 or 1-800-273-8255 for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which offers 24-hour call, text, and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal thoughts, substance use, mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. You can also call either number if you are worried about a loved one in emotional distress.

In this episode, I am once again joined by my husband James. This episode is rather self aware and James and I talk a lot about the function of podcasts both for the viewers and the podcasters. We also discuss frustration with the loudness of things in the apartment, referential humor, memory recall, and coping with anxiety about existentialism.  One thing I didn't know at the time of making this podcast and our first podcast, "Midnight Madness" is that I was manic. This podcast is the function of me and James staying up late trying to find creative ways to help me sleep. I hope this podcast can shine a light on bipolar and mental health while James and I discuss topics of interest late one July night.
