Child Chat Trainings. Monthly one-hour trainings for guardians ad litem in Wyoming will be aired on Blog Talk Radio. The schedule of trainings is at the bottom of this page. They are offered every third Wednesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to noon. PACT Assessments

Jeff Herb and Nicole Anderson with the Wyoming Department of Family Services Juvenile Services Division will present this month on the PACT Assessment (also known as the Washington Assessment). This assessment will be used by juvenile services and law enforcement to assess a juvenile at the juvenile's first entry into the juvenile justice system. The assessment is a tool used to create a single point of entry into the juvenile justice system in Wyoming and assess what the child's needs are. This tool has been tested in four counties and will be rolled-out in all counties in Wyoming in 2009.
