Gusty winds will be common from the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley to the Eastern Seaboard, while heavy snow will impact areas of northeast Ohio, western Pennsylvania and southwestern New York. Flooding Continues in the Southeast; Above Average Temperatures from the Plains to the East Coast - Widespread significant flooding is ongoing across portions of the Carolinas and Virginia from Eta.
