Chaz is a fabulous teacher, the poses are explained well and the class structure is excellent. This is a great way for beginners to get their feet wet and try yoga at home! His adjustments for his students make the classes very easy to understand and safe for anyone. As a teacher, I find watching his broadcasts is a great way to pick up on new ways to explain asanas to my students (and to get myself in a happy yoga mood!). I can't believe he does all this for free! Thanks Chaz!!!

I am currently an active practitioner of Bikram yoga. I came upon this podcast and love it. I currently use it as my morning meditation & practice. It is perfect for this due to its time length per episode & prescibed concentration (legs, hips, etc.). Chaz gives you excellent instruction that is difficult to gain in a typical community-based session. I must add that he truly exemplifies the yoga philosophy by providing such a free service to enlighten the community on the benefits of daily yoga practice.

I'm so new to yoga that I've felt funny taking courses. I am inflexible and simply can't handle the moves. After working out with a friend, though, I got very accustomed to working in the privacy of my own home. Chaz Rough is terrific! The video aspect (versus audio only) makes it easy to make sure you are taking the right moves and poses. It's like having a private -- and free! -- teacher in your own home!
