THE LIBERATORS - The Story: One of the longest existing rock bands in the Netherlands with an impressive track record. Playing since 1979 and still alive and kicking. The many European tours brought the band from Spain to high Norway, sometimes invited by world stars to join their tour like Robert Plant (Led Zepellin), Gary Moore and others. Tours were alternated with the release of three albums, released by renowned record companies in the Netherlands and abroad, such as Polydor and Phonogram. The album contains 10 songs of the band, varying from the solid title track "Troubled Mind", to the ballad "Good Man". It has become a varied album with songs made during the last 3 years in which the band is active in the live circuit again. The album is for sale in the web shop of the band (see menu "shop" above), at bol.com and Bandcamp. From the 15th of March the album is also published on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal and 20 other music streaming platforms. I started my business by accident crazy as that may sound. A good friend of mine was opening a restaurant, so to help her I said “you can’t open a restaurant without having a signature drink.” Then I went home begin to mix up some things and play around with flavors and Viola my recipe was born. Hi I’m Tequanna 32 year old mother of three and fiancee of an amazing man. I started Sistah Girl in 2018 cause after countless try’s of using different products nothing worked for myself and daughter hair. I then begin mixing different ingredients together trying them out. Over the months my “Whipped Butter” worked keeping our hair moisturized and the growth was amazing. From there I then added growth oil, shampoo as well as conditioners. The artist known as “Da2ndletter” won’t let anything stop him from getting his music heard. His recent street campaign has helped to promote his latest music project titled “100 Rack¥.” Those who follow him through social media were able to watch when he enlisted video cameras to document his hustle. He went from “mom and pop” shops to Wichita-based radio stations which have the ability to put his music into regular rotation.  “I wanted to show that I’m out here grinding,” says Da2ndletter. “It was important for me to make myself more visible.” With most independent musicians relying solely on social media to get the word out about their music, Da2ndletter, wanted to step outside of the box. He’s glad to know that people are taking notice of him and feels he’s helping to set the standard for how fellow independent artists get their music into the hands of consumers. Da2ndletter, originally from Denver, CO, has performed as an opening act for Do or Die, RZA from Wu Tang, Beanie Sigel and has toured with the Outlawz and Johnny Richter of the Kottonmouth Kings. Although garnering some new fans, Da2ndletter has also ruffled some feathers with his criticism of local DJs. He has expressed his belief that DJs don’t properly support indie artists. Keyanna Wilson started Popping_Shades in July of 2018 with just 200 followers at first now she has over 2000 followers.  Keyanna  said she really wasn't getting any sales or increased followers but she didn't give up and in January of 2019 she began to gain more sales and more followers. Keyanna said when she think of Popping_Shades, she don't just think of just shades she think of beauty and of style.  Keyanna said she dreams of writing a book and opening here own boutique but until then she is going keep pushing and striving for greatness with Popping_Shades.

Don Rousell is truly an artist. He's primarily an electric bass player and if you ask...he'll tell you that "I dabble on the piano a little". Which is where he writes, arranges and composes most of his music. Did I mention that Don also sings and is on a "never ending quest" to improve his skills as a vocalist. Skills like phrasing, breath control and the all important vibrato. Don's interest is all over the place. This is what makes him an artist and definitely an independent.
