Assalamualaikum. My thought regarding #forgivingyourself is that: 1-acknowledge that every faults & guilts that existed in this life are not from you mistakes only. They also caused by many factors like opportunity, other people and even a part of الله's plan. 2-Learn to appreciate the gift of الله SWT's love for you: your chance to remain breathing, the gift of life. 3- How? Do EFFORTS to practice a lot of kindness, helping family, friends, people to الله's path. That'll testify yourself is valuable and worth to be forgiven.
May Allah give you best rewards in Jannatul Ferdaus
