Have you ever considered that your image of what it means to be a 'good girl' and a 'good person' stands in the way of your dreams?
Please don't get me wrong.
There is nothing wrong with being kind and generous.
There is nothing wrong with being there for others.
Here is the caveat, though.
Have you ever asked yourself if you are doing this because you genuinely want to do it?
Or are you doing this because you think you should?
There is nothing wrong with staying late in the office when asked to do so.
There is nothing wrong with a mother placing the child's desires above yours.
And the caveat is:
Unless you chronically deny your wishes and desires.
Unless you want to say no but feel like you can't.
Unless you don't want to upset others.
Why would you deny your wishes and desires?
Do you FEAR to be seen as selfish?
I want to consider that when we do that repeatedly, this can lead to anger and resentment.
That is where we often take our frustration on the most vulnerable and least empowered people in our circle.
Consider that what you are saying to the winder consciousness is that your desires and needs are not as important as other people's.
I don't know about you, but I am done saying NO to myself.

Have you ever been marinating in negativity?
I am sure that you did at some point, like most people.
The key is to feel the feelings. Express authentically what is coming up for you.
However, do not marinate in negativity and victimhood.
That serves no one.
Negative thoughts will only bring more negativity into every single area of your life.
If you want to be happy, focus on cultivating that happiness inside of you no matter what.
We can't bring anyone to light by going to the dark side. And we can't change anyone.
Focus on YOU.
And everyone and everything else will fall into place.
Love yourself deeply, and more love will show up in your life.
Happiness is a YOU job.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
Whether we want to admit this to ourselves or not many of us have asked this question at least once.
What is wrong with me?
We often ask this question when we work on something, and no matter how hard we try, we don't seem to be going anywhere.
We ask this when we keep getting involved with partners who seem to remind us of our less-than-ideal parents.
We ask this when we engage with destructive coping mechanisms like alcohol, comfort eating or destructive self-talk.
I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you.
You ask this question most likely because your childhood was less than perfect, which left you with a map of the world and self-view that causes you to disconnect from who you really are.

It has been a hot minute since my last episode.
There has been a lot going on behind the scenes. Masses of transformation, shifts, changes and growth.

Have you ever had a dream? A big or small dream. It doesn't really matter, but it is a dream nonetheless.
Yet you ended up talking yourself out of it due to FEAR!
The part of you that I call chimp stepped it and caused you to indulge in the WHAT IF, and I don't know how to do it stories. You end up procrastinating, feeling anxious, or you told yourself that you are not good enough to do it. (Or fill any other not enough here).
The thing is CHIMP has good intentions. He is very concerned about your survival, but he draws his conclusions from the past, and that is often a very bad advisor, especially when things don't work for you.
He loves you and wants the best for you, yet what he delivers is often the opposite.
We need to learn how to treat the chimp and work with him, not against him.

What do you think about working hard?
Pushing and striving.
Chasing and puffing and huffing on your way to success.
I think we live in a society that glamorizes working hard as a way to prove your worthiness.
No wonder we have so many professionals struggling with burnout and anxiety.
Why?
Because no matter how hard you work, there is never enough.
There will always be someone working harder and better.
Isn't it more important to focus on what you can do right now and TRUST that as you learn, grow and evolve, things you want & desire will come with ease?
That is not to say that you don't need to work. You do BUT without 'killing yourself in the process' & without putting your life on hold.
I find that far better use of your vital life energy and personal power.
It is an act of bravery to do things your way.

WORDS are like brushes we use to paint the masterpieces of our lives!
As I am on my own transformational journey, this concept circles back to me time and time again.
And every time I dig deeper, I find out this is a fundamental wisdom.
All the stories, beliefs and agreements we made, as Toltec tradition says, shape and influence our lives.
The good news is you can change it if you don't like the way your life shapes up.
However, the catch is that you need to slow down and recognise all the limiting stories & beliefs you may have by becoming an observer of your thoughts.
And most of us are far too afraid to do that.
Consider that you can't change your life by continuing on the same path, thinking the same way.
You need to go higher to change your perspective as a bridge to clarity and new opportunities.

Have you ever felt like everyone & everything is against you?
Life just seems to be pushing and pushing against you.
However, you are so used to pain that you tell yourself it doesn't matter. It doesn't hurt.
We are so used to people hurting us and manipulating us that we begin to think there is something wrong with us.
Consider that there is nothing wrong with you.
Life is trying to get your attention, as there is a lesson to be learned.
The problem is a lack of boundaries. Specifically, the inability to say NO.
When we say YES to everyone else and whether that is
more work than you can handle
do some errands when we are already overbooked
low pay
crappy relationships
abusive language
someone taking advantage of our good heart
That is when we say NO to ourselves, our needs, and our desires.
That is when we betray ourselves.
That is when we put everyone else and everything else as more important than our well-being.
And I am sure you have heard that you can't give from an empty cap.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you can ever have.
Yet, so many of us betray ourselves over and over.
No wonder so many people struggle with self-worth or/and self-esteem.

Have you ever leaned in and followed your intuition?
I am willing to bet that you have.
And as a result, you received phenomenal results.
But then you discounted this as luck or fluke.

And that would be a shame as it is an incredibly powerful guiding system we have access to.
When we are open to the possibilities and trust that everything happens for a reason, through us and for us. Magical things can happen.

As we navigate life challenges, I often hear people saying
'that was the most logical decision I could make'.
We pride ourselves on being logical and rational.
What if I told you that although we may use logic to justify our decisions, we are emotional human beings, and ALL our decisions are irrational and emotional?
Whattttt?
I hear you scream.
If you look closely at commercials to expand the commercial value & stickiness of the ad, they often turn into emotions.
And if you take emotions from the considerations while making so-called logical decisions, you are doing this at your own peril.
The same rules apply when you negotiate with your child to clean their room or sell your services on the sales call.
Think about what an unconscious need & desire you need to fill to get a YES.
Remember.
You CANNOT separate emotions and decisions.

To celebrate the 100th episode of my podcast, I invited my friend Gina Hansen.
We started the episode reminiscing how we met, as it is rare to meet soul friends.🥰
This episode is a huge celebration of integrity, tenacity, commitment & courage to live according to my desires.
Something I am deeply passionate about & had to learn how to permit myself to do it.
It certainly hasn't been a straight road.
With this podcast, my aim has always been to inspire women to be courageous and confidently go after their dreams by letting go of the past and social conditioning.
To give themselves whatever they need to thrive.
When our caps are full, we can show up & serve from a place of abundance.
The best analogy would be when we are encouraged to put our masks first in case of an emergency in the place. When you are unconscious or worse, you can't help anyone else.
Yet, we seem to think this does not apply when it comes to burnout, feeling like our needs don't matter, and feeling frustrated when people take advantage of us. Or when we put ourselves last, time & time again.
My desire is for women to feel confident to build their emotional resilience and take care of themselves as a matter of priority.
Learn how to optimise the functioning of their minds to create their desires.
Consider that ...
Your identity determines your life.
Your relationship with yourself sets up the base line for all other relationships.
Clarity sets you up on the right path.
However, your destiny is in YOUR hands IF you do the work.
IF you let go of the past and step into the unknown, your life will expand in ways you can't imagine.
We also discussed what does it mean to create UNSTOPPABLE LIFE.
We included many things such as clarity, letting go & courage. But the overarching conclusion was that when you live unstoppable life, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

I hear many people saying that they experienced BURNOUT. Some more than once.
Just because it is common, it doesn't mean it is normal.
I know that you are probably someone who works really hard while sacrificing your health and family. You pile on more and more on your plate.
Then you are struggling with your health. Your business is not where you want it to be, so you work even harder. You don't eat well, and exercise is often not a priority. Between all the responsibilities, YOU are the last.
But is it worth it?
All the money in the world will not make you happy if you are miserable on your way there.
Money will amplify who you are already.
If you want to live in well-being, YOU become a priority.
So we need to have a deeper conversation.
Because WELL-BEING is more than just eating healthy and meditating once a day.
If you are exercising in the morning but then spend the rest of your day stressed, your well-being will suffer.
Your WELLNESS is a gateway to your sustainable success. However, that looks for you.
There are a few aspects that we need to address on our way to well-being.
We are disconnected and don't listen to our intuition or our bodies.
Your body keeps the score, and that is a fact.
We have energetic bodies, and every thought, emotion, feeling, past trauma, thing, people & situation has an energetic signature that leaves residue in our bodies.
We need to address all the aspects of our energetic bodies. Physical, spiritual and emotional.
A good place to start is to:
➡️Reconnect by starting to listen.
➡️Slow down.
➡️Set healthy boundaries
➡️Reevaluate all your commitments and let go of what doesn't move you forward.
➡️Nourish all aspects of yourself
Our external environment is a mirror image, an extension of what is going on inside of us.
There is an undeniable connection between mind, body and spirit. They are deeply connected and intertwined.
Fixing the superficial level or the presenting problem will not do it.
Addressing only one aspect will not be enough.
If you want sustainable success, your health needs to be a priority. And well-being is part of that protocol.

Probably like most busy women, your story that you say is that you either:
➡️have celebrated (probably not for long)
➡️don't have the time
➡️why would I waste my valuable time on this BS
Consider this.
𝓦𝓮 𝓰𝓮𝓽 𝓶𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝔀𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝔀𝓮 𝓯𝓸𝓬𝓾𝓼 𝓸𝓷.
I have a first-hand experience of that.
When I focused on worrying and what-if scenarios, I had no time or mental space to even see the wins. Let alone celebrate.
All I got was more things to worry about.
☝️What was actually happening is my brain was trying to protect me by keeping me small, and by repeating familiar patterns which are predictable.
☺️However, when I prioritised joy, happiness and inner peace, my success and abundance expanded with no extra work.
It takes practice.
Time and willingness to change.
To slow down and be present.
To 𝗥𝗔𝗖 your wins.⁉️
There is this concept of 𝗥𝗔𝗖 that I've learned in the coaching programme run by mentor Jim Fortin.
RAC stands for:
𝗥ecognise
𝗔cknowledge
𝗖elebrate
It is a beautiful way to pause and celebrate your wins.
Take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy life.
To be present.
𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 and have a more meaningful relationship with yourself NOW.
If you want to create a more enjoyable life, where you are present and happy NOW.
Watching your kids growing up.
Travelling.
Do whatever you desire, then this has to start with YOU.

Responsibility can be a daunting prospect for many.
Yet, many co-dependent people feel responsible for others while forgetting about themselves.
So what does being responsible means?
To me, being responsible is taking responsibility for self-care toward yourself.
When we feel amazing.
When we are nourished.
When we are rested and sleep well.
When we look after our health and well-being.
That is when we are able to provide whatever that is we decide to others.
YOU CAN'T GIVE FROM AN EMPTY CAP.
Imagine taking care of others while struggling with burnout.
In short.
It is not going to happen.
Imagine trying to grow a business and being creative and innovative while stressed.
Let me tell you.
It is going to be bloody hard.
So your first and foremost responsibility you have is towards yourself.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?
I am pretty sure that you know the story.
The queen regularly asks the mirror who is the fairest of them all.
And when one day the answer is Snow White, she got pretty angry at the magic mirror.
Ouchhh
How would you react if that was you in front of that mirror?
However, there is a catch.
Instead of saying it's Snow White, the mirror says to you:
It doesn't matter what I say. You can, however, improve your self-image.
Here is what you need to do:
Do not compare
Work on your self-esteem
Let go of anger
Stop fearing judgment
Deal with past emotional hurts
Would you throw rocks at the magic mirror?
Or would you take the advice?
Oh, and the most important advice, that the mirror gives you is to LOVE yourself deeply.
Yes, I know, you can stop rolling your eyes at me and listen with an open mind.
Because we can't let more ease and lightness into our lives when we are being hard on ourselves.
We can't allow more happiness if we don't love ourselves first.
We can not let in sustainable success if we abuse our bodies with unhealthy food, alcohol, no water, overworking, no exercise, negativity or worrying. It doesn't work. All starts with YOU.
And if you want to attract amazing careers, build successful businesses or create healthy relationships you need to start the work with YOU.

I spent years engaging in sabotaging patterns not even realising that I was going it.
All I knew was that I felt stuck and unhappy.
All I could comprehend is that I wasn't where I wanted to be. However, I had no clue what to do. I was super lost.
And that is the case for so many people to various degrees.
Most of the time sabotaging patterns are so subtle or so ingrained into our identity that we struggle to see it.
We would not see it even if it was handed to us on the silver platter.
However, for all those people out there growing in their consciousness and wanting to dig deeper, self-awareness is a very important step.
We need awareness to know what needs to change.
What's next?
Work on yourself of course.
There are many ways you can go about it.
I am obviously biased towards hypnosis as the tool of my choice.
However, choose the tool of your choosing.

As you grow and evolve, you will most likely attract more critics.
They would aim to undermine your success.
Why would anyone do that?
Surely people want to be happy for other fellow humans.
The thing is, critics reserve the most criticism towards themselves.
They are unhappy, miserable or dissatisfied with life. And they express that feeling outwardly by finding fault and criticising others.
The last thing you want to do is to doubt your abilities and question whether you are good because of their anger or insecurities.
Their criticism has nothing to do with you, but it shows exactly how they see themselves.
There is no need to confront their view as you will achieve nothing.
However, there is a way to respond to them.
This way, you will completely surprise them as they will not expect it.
Yet, they will feel seen and heard in a way that most likely never happened before.

What is your relationship with receiving?
Are you a giver that can never accept even the smallest acts of kindness, such as a compliment?
You find elaborate ways to dismiss all compliments, attempts to buy you lunch or provide help.
Not to mention, you undercharge and say YES to everything if asked for help.
You feel very uncomfortable allowing others to do something for you.
Consider that you are robbing other people of the pleasure of serving & giving.
Consider that you may struggle with low self-worth or feel not good enough.
Consider that perhaps you believe that you need to work hard to deserve love/success/money.

How many of you feel stuck or stagnated in life, business or relationships?
Whatever you don't seem to work.
You forgot to experience JOY, as the story you hold onto is: 'I need to work hard to succeed'.
There is an incongruence between what you think you SHOULD be doing and what your soul desire.
𝘞𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴.
Let me ask you.
When was the last time you celebrated your wins?
How often do you say NO when you mean no?
Do you tolerate unacceptable behaviours as you don't want to rock the boat?
Can you honestly say you look after your mind, body and spirit?
And what I mean by that is eating healthy food, getting enough rest and sleep, exercising, spending time in nature, say YES only when you really mean it.
You get the picture.
So we know that something needs to change BUT are we doing something about it?
Are we just paying lip service?
So here are some key steps in getting unstuck as discussed by my guests Liz Keates and me:
✔️First is awareness

✔️Become an observer of your thoughts.
𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘏𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘌 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴.
✔️Cultivate personal power.
