I made the mistake of looking for a cheaper skin care alternative. Also last week I lost 2.5 lbs and today I woke up having put 2lbs of that back on after being sick.
Talking about a few things that I've been doing to get out of my funk that have kinda been working. One step in the positive direction but so many more left to take.
Totally struggling with motivation and ambition today. Wondering how I'm going to get myself out of this situation and away from spiraling into deep depression.
For you who have been here before listening to my previous podcast episodes I'm sure your wondering where they all went. I explain in my new "intro episode" why I started over. Also listen to me talk a little more in depth of my family/childhood. Youll be getting a better look at my past. As well as my wishes/direction for the podcast!
I'm ranting about rude ass bitches today on international women's day. Why are we so hateful, demeaning and judgemental to anyone who is different in the least bit?
Life ramble update, magnetic lashes and annoying partners. My brothers moving in, he's back from Vegas.
I'm coming out of the slump, looking forward, failing forward.
I recorded this last Thursday or Friday the day it was supposed to go up and instead I've been sitting on it, in hopes to edit some dead space out. Shit isn't happening so here it is. Also seems my listeners are drawn to negative titles. Ironic since it's supposed to be a positive, growth and life podcast.
Kinda turned into a rant today but feeling very positive about life!
Here's me talking about my failed attempts to make changes half way through the week. Also I live in the real world so I'm podcasting on my way to work.

Set backs and being dull this week. It's good to document the highs and the lows. This week is a low and I'm sure you hear it in my voice.
Exaughsted, cranky and no one will leave me alone. I'm going to Vegas, we don't have any furniture and I weight myself while recording.
Public service announcement: if your triggered by the word um or like don't listen. Or you could get some alcohol and drink every time I say "um" and then make this really fun. Fyi you'll be trashed!
