It is important to love The Prophets Practices
I actually converted in Ramadan of 2015. This is just a slight reflection on that and it’s Ramadan. I will be sharing my connection to Ramadan in the resolve. It brings so will be taking a pause on telling the story to really focusing on our intention for Ramadan, and how to come out the other side renewed inshallah.
We have to learn to accept every part of my journey and learn to listen to our hearts, fully our heart of our heart that inner spiritual essence that is a compass to all things that are true, good and pure.
We forget that we are human first there are many spaces in which are a humanness develops. We share many of the same experiences, but they are all unique. We forget that there are hues to being a human.
Why do we disassociate being black and being Muslim? It’s so important that we understand the layers of who we are in the root of which God made us listen to this episode to find out more about how I journeyed into understanding my religion connecting me to my blackness even deeper.
The G line was the most difficult line in Brooklyn to me, but are the difficulties because I had to wait perhaps my patience wasn’t up to par or perhaps we have to learn to discover a new route to the G line. There are so many things to discover when you are on the road that you hope turns into the straight path, but how can you hope that if you do not know what the street path actually is. Knowledge is not just power tot is your freedom.
After basically getting fired, I decided to stay in Brooklyn. It was in New Jersey but I would have to do. I’m definitely a Jersey girl but I wanted to learn and I wanted to expand and I knew that New York was the place to start. I felt it I was aware that it would be scary, but also necessary. This is an experiential self help guide. I really hope that my story can inspire many people to see Islam in the most beautiful way, through the eyes of many people returning to this beautiful faith, and embraced it as a part of their life, making it a way of life. That is the only way to live fully and be present .
Here we go the first installment of Chapter 1 reflection of the story is such an important part to my journey Im so grateful. I will never forget where I came from. Allah has honored me by making me a muslim woman.
The gratitude I had to tell my story as Maya Angelou said the greatest agony of the story and soul. This is only a taste of the journey I’ve been through. I’m just giving what I know needs to be revealed so that you can deeper understand who I am and the journey that has become so real for me. God show me my gift and then gave me abundance by making me a Muslim.
I’m so grateful to be closing out this season with such a beautiful topic something that I’ve always wanted to talk about in this way because Sister is really important to me, but I never experienced it to this magnitude. I’m grateful and blessed alhamdulillah.
Miss Minnah I pray that all is well, and that we are growing to understand the connections we have, and how they serve the purpose that Allah has written. Always remembering the importance of where we need to go and how we need to be our best selves by appreciating our creator for giving us everything that we need, and never sacrificing our faith or our character for anyone or anything. Always being grateful for those who have helped define our character in the most beautiful ways, because of there reminders and connection to Allah .
Bismillah I truly believe it is important to understand what we bring into any relationship. Sisterhood deserves that attention to how do we bring our character into a sisterhood to better it continuously, growing it to be some thing that can help us all to reach paradise. That’s always been my mission and I pray that it is yours too. We should only want good for each other
I didn’t realize how much I needed to reflect on Ramadan series has been so refreshing, and I really am grateful for everything that Allah has shown me. I pray that I can continue to grow and show my dedication to my souls cleansing. Thank you for following me on this journey. Ramadan rewind might have to return.
I am so grateful to have experienced something that I never thought possible Alhumdoulilah Allah you blessed me beyond explanation with this experience in Ramadan. It just goes to show you that allow puts you where he wants you and to just follow his lead.
We never know why Something Happens, but yet we struggle with understanding that we are right where we need to be at the exact time. If only we trusted in our creator more to know that there are no mistakes, and to not be scared of what is happening in the moment. as I share with you my journey, I want you to know that this is all the plan of Allah
I think it’s time that I do a Ramadan rewind my experience this Ramadan was so intense. I cannot wait to share every moment with you as much as I possibly can. The reality is sometimes you need to let people into your world a little bit so that you can also, let them know that you’re human and I just wanna start by saying I was completely violated this Ramadan the first week was so intense my energy was definitely elsewhere wanting to be a Muslim country. I’ve been experienced something. I never thought I would. being stalked at my community Masjid really put me in an unsafe situation.
I want to close out the series by saying that no matter what you do you’re traveling, it’s always going to be every step you take toward your intentions that you originally said, make sure your intentions are pure, and that they always involve the creator because Allah gives you everything you need to be great The only way we are even breathing is because of Allah so don’t forget that when you walk fly, drive, paddle, even crawl, that you are traveling toward Allah.
When we travel, we should always make sure to bring a journal along the way because when we look back at our journey, we have a way to be inspired by who we were in the different states and places we frequent in visit. Never forget that your journey is also intentional so you’re traveling should be to put Allah first in everything that you do and you will see how beautiful your travel experience will be.
It’s really important to travel and intentions, even if you do not know where to start, make intentions to travel for the sake of your soul to heighten your awareness of God, that is the only reason why we should be traveling, and in that case, growing and expanding our horizons, wherever we go.
It is important to know the reason you were traveling so that you can get the most out of your experience. Never forget that God comes first on your journey will be full of openings.
