A nostalgic revisit to one of YOM's (and my) most cherished episodes. The root of suffering lies in what we think and believe. But what if I told you there’s a way out? A way out of pain, betrayal, addiction, depression, and anything else that weighs us down. Byron Katie’s four powerful questions offer a path to freedom. When we sit with these questions, we uncover the truth within ourselves... not the truth dictated by the world, but the one that resides deep within us. What’s true within you? Byron Katie gently guides us toward healing our grievances and mending our hearts. More info, ways to connect, and sponsors' special offers are in the show notes. Happy(ish) 11/11 💙✨ Though today’s episode was originally planned to be solely about 11 soulful rituals for 11/11, I felt compelled to open up for the first 11-ish minutes about the weight this election has been carrying in my heart. I know it’s likely heavy on many of your hearts, too, and I couldn’t just bypass it. After sharing those reflections, I move into what this episode was initially intended for: 11 meaningful rituals to celebrate 11/11 (can be used anytime of the year, obviously) . Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or manifestation, these rituals are here to help ground and guide you. Hope you enjoy the 11/11 magic!... and f the patriarchy✌🏻 More info, ways to connect, and sponsors' special offers are in the show notes. This episode is a special one from memory lane, where we revisited a conversation that still holds so much wisdom. The Rolling Stones may have been right when they sang, "you can't always get what you want"... but you might find that you get what you need. Once we discover what it is we truly need, there's often a greater possibility of circling back and calling in what we've always desired—or even something better. In this episode, we spoke with Julie Solomon, branding coach, speaker, host of The Influencer Podcast, and author, about how to go from unseen to unstoppable. We covered practical ways to achieve this by identifying our origin story, tapping into the power of awareness, acceptance, action, amplifying possibilities, and more. Enjoy Julie's magic! Finally another soulful solo! It’s been a minute… I know, I apologize. Anyway… in this episode, I approached my blue mic without a set plan, letting wherever the wind blew me guide the solo episode. It turns out my heart led me to share about how our expectations evolve and the transformative power of letting go… both of our ego and those expectations. I’ve faced this shift myself, especially with my podcast and the new path I’ve chosen to take. I dive into how I’ve had to release the financial expectations I once had for the podcast and why I’m continuing it out of pure love, rather than as a primary source of income. I also touch on the importance of recognizing when our ego clings too tightly to what no longer serves us and how letting go of these toxic expectations can create space for something even more fulfilling. Feeling truly liberated, babes! I love a tool that unleashes something hidden within... and this power lies in your subconscious mind. It feels right to share the timeless wisdom of Ryan Haddon as she breaks down the why and the how. Ryan is a hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, and a top contributor to Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle site, Poosh. In this insightful episode, we walk down memory lane with Ryan as she dives into how reprogramming your subconscious through hypnosis and self-hypnosis can change your life. She explains how hypnotherapy can help you manifest your goals, shift your beliefs and behaviors, and debunk some myths about the practice. One major takeaway is the importance of embracing both the light and dark sides of life, which helps ground us and expand our spiritual journey. Enjoy Ryan's magic! I absolutely loved this episode, however I think it's quite irresponsible to recommend people to ingest essential oils.. They've been proven to be toxic even in small quantities since they're an incredibly compressed version of their source.. You can make lavender oil or any plant/flower oil at home and use that instead, it's more sustainable and safe! Sending you love <3

I'm new to your channel and I was on a binge of Shaman Derek. Then, I looked through your episodes and saw James McRae. I met him when I was living in Maui, he stayed at the intentional community I lived and was telling me he was writing a book and he was kind and brought cookies.
