This week’s Magic Monday is personal and a little blunt. I share my own ups and downs with spirituality: what first drew me in, what turned me off, and how I’ve gone in and out over the years.
It also only makes sense to share some showgirl thoughts on my fave singer's new album, right?? ;) Listening to it alone in the loft reminded me of the layers we discover when we really sit with something. It became the perfect metaphor for how I’ve experienced spirituality: light and sparkly on the surface, complicated underneath, and ultimately filled with a depth that keeps me coming back.

I absolutely loved this episode, however I think it's quite irresponsible to recommend people to ingest essential oils.. They've been proven to be toxic even in small quantities since they're an incredibly compressed version of their source.. You can make lavender oil or any plant/flower oil at home and use that instead, it's more sustainable and safe! Sending you love <3

I'm new to your channel and I was on a binge of Shaman Derek. Then, I looked through your episodes and saw James McRae. I met him when I was living in Maui, he stayed at the intentional community I lived and was telling me he was writing a book and he was kind and brought cookies.
I love your voice, its perfect for me to unwind with. you mentioned loving Seattle and Portland... Ive been drawn to these cities for years and I have a great desire to go there. I havent because I dont travel mutch. But is there a reason why Inwould be drawn there...do you have any suggestions for me to look into to support this. Theres nothing there that im dieing to see, but i just feel a strong calling. i believe in magic, Help...
it was difficult to listen. both you voices were loud but koi's part was somewhat distorted in areas and far away sounding to completely hear what he was saying a lot of the time.
