Have you ever had an in person MK party before? I encourage you to try. Theres so much magic that happens with an in person party or event. Building relationships, meeting new people, helping them with everything from skincare to makeup! Did you know 80% of women arent happy with their foundation shade? We want women to love their products and love taking the time to pamper themselves. Its your job to make them feel beautiful, loved, valued and important. Thats the best job in the world! Have fun with your Mary Kay business and along the way you will have fun make money, friends, earn prizes and more. We truly have the best job. What do you do thats fun at a party?
We should have 5 rivers of lead generation going all the time! We have referrals from parties always but there are many other ways too! Listen to there more options Restaurant Promotions, Facial Boxes and Facial Frames.
You can not fail! Your goal is not the goal. Its what it makes you do to accomplish it along the way! Its who you are becoming! You are developing Faith, self discipline, work ethic, resiliency and so much more. Those things last forever. Who you are becoming is far greater than what you are doing. Working in minutes, not hours and tracking
WHAT'S THE FOCUS. Clearly define your target. Know your focus. It changes everything! 3+3+3. It's magical. The Beauty of Friendship Referral game. It's Magical. A clearly defined target and a vehicle to keep you connecting with lots of new women creates momentum and combustion!
Little things that we implement into our daily life can make a huge difference in the quality of our work, the quality of family time and the quality of being present! I used to tell myself that I didnt have time in my chaotic life to stop the chaos to write down things in a planner even though I always wanted to be a woman with a planner haha. Now I tell myself.... "Christa, you dont have time not to plan!" I hope that some of these little systems that I do help you too! Make time to stop the chaos!
Help yourself out! Create a system for the things you do over and over again.
