Your Seat, His Table

The eye of a storm is the center of the storm. Despite being in the center, it is the calm that is surrounded by the fiercest winds and the most devastating weather. Peace is positioned right beside the pressure. The stronger the storm, the more well developed the eye! Imagine being in the center of strong adversity, high opposition, or basic drama and having peace increase the more challenging things get. That growing maturity in Jesus is on display in this season.

The truth on our lips must come from the truth that lives in our souls. That’s the truth I know! The power in being born again is how Jesus does not simply show our eyes, but He reveals truth to our minds about Who He is, where He is, what He’s doing, and how we fit the capacity of His truth to finish what He started on earth and in us

If our mouths are speaking it, our hearts are living it as it is from the abundance of the heart that our mouths speak. God is revealing His Church, His true worshippers because their hearts are with Him. At the center of our hearts is our capacity to receive Jesus and cultivate a receptive heart. Jesus is the Seed; our hearts are the soil. It’s time to cultivate healthy soil because our souls depend on it!

Love understands that nothing we do naturally satisfies heaven. Therefore, our best response to everything is our faith to please God and perfect us. Jesus is the ONLY sacrifice God will accept for the human condition. His love is the center of being someone Jesus can work with. Respond with your “Here I am” and choose Jesus’ life principles as the light of our souls to live the height, the depth, and the full impact of His love. Pass your love test.

Love is the glue of consistency. Seasons are seasons; they all end. But love leads us into the power of a servant to be a blessing and do no harm to our souls! Servants keep their feet on the ground with faith that pleases God and has the help of heaven to stay full, focused, and forward in God’s love. That’s when love leads.

We are the joy that kept Jesus on that Cross. He saw us working out our soul’s salvation. At the center of our faith in Christ is our confidence in His integrity and His character to be a Rewarder of our determination to seek Him, serve Him, and be as He is in this world. That’s a blessed assurance!

God’s Word is not only for the moment but also the mission. To be strengthened is God’s capacity to stand and move forward at the same time. When Jesus sets the fire, He shakes heaven to release His grace, but He also shakes earth to release us to be free and consistent in the instructions He speaks from the fire. That word is our light that leads us forward. This is not the time for a quiet, hidden, secret life. Stand firm in God’s promise. Faith in Jesus is always the grace that makes us see Jesus and makes the world see Jesus in us. The fire of God always reveals the glory of God because His word is always proving true in the test.

In everything always see the promise of God because it is the power of God to live His “Yes” and His “Amen” right here, right now! Faith in Christ is always victory over our humanity and in every circumstance. It is time to wear His glory. That is how pain becomes power.

When we enable others we may put something in others’ hands, but when we help we open hearts to the love and character of God. As we help others, we shift attention and redirect minds and hearts to receive the wisdom gained through pain that recognizes that Jesus is always supplying an all-sufficient grace, especially when life gets tough.

We possess the knowledge of God to pass the knowledge of God. Always remember we are not masters over God’s word, we are ministers of His word, which is the assignment of His grace and His love to transform souls into eternal wholeness. We save the word to serve the word.

How do we navigate hard things? How do we deal with sudden things? How good are we when patience must be our greatest virtue? What if those things happen when we are young? Always take note when young people are called into difficult circumstances that require growth and maturity at a young age because there is such a need in this generation.

There has been no greater time than now to hear well the voice of God. There is a physical ear and there is a spiritual ear. When God says “ear,” it is the power to not only listen but also be receptive enough to understand and obey. Then the ear becomes how divine information reaches the soul to become revelation and quick obedience to Christ.

Faith is not real without obedience. That’s faith that pleases God, grants us His favor, makes us dependable disciples, and gives us His ear. Pray from our obedience!

Some things in life are optional. Faith is not one of them. When faith takes formation, our souls have taken possession of the light of God’s Word, that lamp to our feet and that light to our pathway. The light is no longer around us but the power of heaven shining and living through us.

We all must come to the end of us to be effective in this season. Living in Jesus’s light, we see light (Psalm 36: 9). The eye becomes a lamp of grace and good and breaks every bond to be an eternal excellence now.  The light of God in us becomes the life of Jesus through us Who is the Holy Spirit, the truth that sets us free indeed and breaks the power of darkness.

Faith is how we shift from religious to relationship. Faith is the confidence and determination to work life God’s way. His way then leads our insight and becomes how we connect supernaturally, walking by faith not by sight. Then connection becomes agreement. How can two walk together except they are agreed? Agreement is the height of connection which means we are sure of the direction of our relationship with God. Be sure to know the “why” of every connection in our lives because it must bring agreement otherwise disconnection will come. Bad connections have consequences, but the right connection brings reward. We must find value in submitting our lives to Christ; it is our why!

That which we plant, we grow. The seeds we plant become the wisdom, the leadership, the foundation that others build their lives on.

A sprinter’s mentality will never complete a marathon. But a marathon mentality will easily complete a sprint because marathon runners are not as concerned with speed as they are with reaching the end. In this faith journey we must plan, prepare, and live what it takes to reach the end Jesus lived, died, and rose for.

Faith always has followers. Whether at home, at work, at leisure, or at the center of circumstance, someone is watching how we turn out. Somebody’s soul is taking notes and standing on the edge of a decision about Jesus. Help them make it good. Pick up the pace in this journey. Run like the Rapture is closer than ever. The race is before us, not behind us. My soul is my responsibility. Practice Jesus’s principles and keep it moving.

In Revelation Jesus speaks a key capacity of hope necessary in this season of His risen glory and that is the power to successfully process and position God’s voice in us. He says: “He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Saints don’t just hear Jesus; they include themselves. They plan to participate. We expect inclusion because faith gives us something good to do in God. Therefore, hope begins with how His voice secures and seals our trust to expect His promises.
