Dustin Alexander also known as Pontchartrain is an American musician and DJ. Pontchartrain has approached music, is centered around two things - learning and sharing. The result has been an interesting change up from the status quo of what comes out of the motor city. Heavily funk-infused and sample-laden original productions, edits and reworks that border on brand new versions of the track, and sets that string together a wide array of sounds that all center around the idea that dancing and feeling music are the main goals.
In this episode we talk lawsuits, the art of ripping CD's, online relationships, Myspace Tom and how Pontchartrain is apart of COVID-19 history.
