wow. this is it yall… sharing this went through a lot of thought and hesitation as its one of the hardest things my family went through. note that things are so much better now and we have been going through it for the past 9 years so we have definitely have more strength to talk about it now. we share knowing that it will not only help us but it will help educate others on mental illness. we has a family never sat down and talked about this experience so thats why i started this podcast in the first place.
