In this vulnerable solo episode, I drop in to share what it’s really like to be in the muck — the messy, uncomfortable, deeply emotional parts of the cycle that don’t get glamorized. Aligned with the Libra Full Moon and my own menstrual cycle, I explore the sacredness of feeling your feelings fully, turning pain into power, and honoring the bittersweet release that often comes with growth.I chat:Trusting divine timing when plans shiftFeeling like sh*t as a sacred portalEmotional data + the importance of reflectionSyncing with your cycle + the moonUsing your shower as ritualGiving yourself grace while letting goThis is your permission slip to not have it all together. To rest, reflect, and remember that growth still happens in stillness. I also share two full moon journal prompts to help you tune into what your body and spirit are asking for right now...❀❃𑁍✿ Let yourself feel it all — because that’s where real change begins.𖧧
This isn’t a rebrand—it’s more of a homecoming. After pushing through burnout, chasing a version of success that no longer fit, and learning the hard way that my nervous system needed something softer, I’ve finally surrendered. A Soft Place to Land is a space for the tenderhearted, the creatives, and the ones learning to hold themselves through it all. In this first episode, I share the story behind this shift, the fall (literally) that changed everything, and why I’m choosing peace over proving. Let’s begin again—together.Tune in, take a deep breath, and let yourself land. This is your Soft Place to Land ☁︎ See you on Sunday Morning's 𓈒⋆♡

the act of releasing something that you've outgrown is one of the greatest acts of self-love you can do for yourself. when there's a relationship, situation, job, place that no longer suits the person you are or the person you're becoming, you will feel that disconnect and frustration. in this episode, I discuss the element that allowed me to find peace in the uncertainty of letting go and allowed me to connect deeper with myself.  Listen to Kendall's interview with Jay Shetty that I mentioned from his podcast On Purpose.
A short snippet I recorded after being inspired by the brilliant, Peta Kelly from a passage in her book 'Earth is Hiring'. It resonated so deeply that I had to share it in the hopes that it impacts you just as much.  connect with me on instagram @andsoitisthepodcast <3

WE are always evolving, always growing, always learning more about ourselves. Allowing one version to die so that another can take its place. Since recording this episode, I bought my ticket home and am currently preparing for my next move... whether that be back to Maui or to a new destination. I am following my own advice and trusting that I am always where I'm meant to be, I needed this reminder today and maybe you do too.
In this episode, I chat with Emily Chertow- thought starter, avid journaler, empathetic human and friend. She is currently based in NYC, cultivating a beautiful community through the journaling classes she instructs, all centered around self-care, mindfulness and whole hearted living.  We touch on what life in New York City in our early 20’s has taught us, the process of finding inspiration when you’re uninspired and how authentic creativity has ebbed and flowed us both to where we are today. Emily can be found on Instagram at @journalingclasses & @echertow <3
Something just does not feel right even though you can’t explain why, maybe it's a bad vibe from someone or a sudden visceral sensation you shouldn't go somewhere. WELL, that's your intuition trying to talk to you, and we all have it. In this episode, I dive into different ways you can cultivate your own intuition and learn how to lean into trusting your built-in GPS.  For reference to the post where I talk about color healing focusing on my sacral chakra: https://www.instagram.com/p/CVD5USWJkQD/ follow my visual diary @andsoitisthepodcast on instagram

Today we clean the fogged mirror. With the beautiful mentor, writer and woman in love with life, Maia Ben, we dig into the exact moment you stop lying to yourself, stop postponing your life, and start keeping the tiny promises that remake your identity. From three years of procrastination to launching a studio in two bed-recorded days — Maia shares the truth of her sobering self-compassion and evolution journey. This episode is for anyone who’s been waiting for clarity, for permission, or for the “perfect” moment. We talk messy action, inner children (multiples, yes), somatic micro-steps that build cellular self-trust, and how integration — not exile — heals the parts of you that scream the loudest.Expect raw stories, practical witchy tools, and gentle but fierce truth-telling about momentum, embodiment, and why neutrality + respect > forced self-love. If you’ve ever felt like an expert at excuses, this one’s your mirror-shattering, mercy-filled wake-up call.Listen for:Her overnight decision that changed everythingSomatic micro-movements to prove you can keep your word to yourselfHow to give unruly parts of you a department (so they don’t run the whole company)Why messy action births clarity, momentum, and self-trustIf this episode lands, leave a review, share it with a friend who’s also been “not ready,” and share with us below, one tiny promise you’ll keep today.
This episode is for anyone still haunted by who they used to be. For the moments you remember something you said, or didn’t say. Something you did, or didn’t do. The version of yourself who hurt someone, disappeared, froze, lied, coped in messy ways—and the loop of shame that still whispers, “You’re a bad person because of it.”Today, I want to offer a different perspective: you are not a terrible person for doing things you’re not proud of. You are a human being. A human who’s learning. A human who’s growing. A human who’s at a place where they're ready to lay down the weight of old guilt and are choosing to rewrite the narrative ...This conversation is a reckoning and a release. We’ll talk about how to shift from self-punishment to self-responsibility. From shame into sovereignty. From “I was wrong, so I must be bad” to “I was human, and I’m learning how to love that version of me too.”I share my own experiences with guilt, ghosting, and how I am learning to see those moments not as the end—but as the beginning of a deeper becoming. We’ll end with one grounded tip and shadow work journal prompt to help you interrupt the self-critical spiral and reclaim your story in real time. You are not too far gone. You are not irredeemable. You are not a villain in your own life ... You are the alchemist.  ׂ𓈒⋆ ۪

In this episode, I sit with Trina to explore what it means to transform—not in theory, but in practice. From talk therapy and yoga to consensual touch and plant medicine, Trina shares how her healing journey unfolded slowly, through presence and intention, not perfection...We talk about leaving the fashion world to follow a calling that didn’t make sense on paper, but made her feel alive. About doing things simply because they feel good—not because they need to lead somewhere. About redefining abundance, rebuilding our relationship with money, and allowing joy to be the reason. This conversation is a reminder that healing is not about never having bad days—it’s about building the tools to meet yourself when they come. That luxury can be a slow morning. That purpose often reveals itself when you stop trying to chase it.If you too are in a season of rediscovery, this one’s for you.0:42 Trina’s journey into healing 4:10 the role of alternative healing methods6:45 transitioning from design to healing 8:48 finding joy beyond career10:46 exploring money mindset and abundance 16:43 reframing abundance: beyond money18:44 building a practice: the journey of service 20:11 navigating bad days: building resilience 24:23 the intention behind healing work28:44 integrating techniques: breathwork and hypnotherapy 31:56 the evolution of a healer: personal growth and client connection 36:03 healing through memory37:39 power of small moments: saving your day39:17 naming the good: recognizing daily joys 42:08 the impact of social media: connection and visibility Find all of Trina's offerings on her website or stan store 𖦹 ׂ𓈒⋆ ۪ A bit more about Trina: Trina is a multifaceted facilitator guiding women from stress, burnout, and overwhelm into ease, presence, and joy. With roots in the fast-paced world of luxury fashion and Fortune 500 brands, she brings a rare authenticity born from lived experience. As a breathwork facilitator, clinical hypnotherapist, reiki master teacher, RRT practitioner, yogi, and lifelong student, Trina blends evidence-based healing with energy-based practices. She holds formal training in Clarity Breathwork, yoga, hypnotherapy, reiki, and Rapid Resolution Therapy—and mentors others in the Clarity Breathwork community.Trina believes true transformation is not about never having hard days, but about building resources to meet yourself through them. With her sessions, she helps clients regulate their nervous systems, release old patterns, and step into lives filled with balance, creativity, and expanded awareness.
This episode is a soft landing for anyone who’s ever drifted from themselves. When the noise of the world, the pull of another person, or the weight of self-inflicted expectations begins to blur your edges... It’s time to come back. To slow down. To remember the rituals that root you. This isn’t just about dating. It’s about how easy it is to hand over your focus, your time, your nervous system—to influences outside of yourself. I talk about what it looks like to reclaim your attention, not as an act of resistance, but as an act of reverence and offer different spicy witchy rituals that have helped me. To remember that your presence is sacred. That solitude is not a lack, but a return. That tending to yourself is not selfish—it’s survival.
