We talk through the first part of Daniel as we see how he handles not compromising and the way in which he goes about it. Using him as our example, we discuss getting the root of what causes us to compromise & how to set up boundaries to keep us from compromising in the future. Today's episode talks through the fact it is okay to change your mind, but I want to flush one thing out real quick before you jump into listening! I discuss comparing what David Platt says to what my pastor, Brother Tony, says. I also state that it is good practice to do this, but I want to add that it is the best practice to read the Bible yourself and see if what others are saying lines up with the Bible. I wanted to clarify we shouldn't take others' words & opinions to be true for what the Bible says but go read it for ourselves.
