In this episode, we talk about Visual Novels (VNs) and how I believe they are one of the best mediums in anime/otaku culture. It's rich and quite in-depth and it's anime adaptions rarely do it justice. Most of the time, it would be hard to adapt a visual novel and many great stories never received an anime adaption yet. This episode, Kyle and I go through a list of what was great and what was straight garbo this Winter 2020 anime. Not going to lie. A lot of anime was kinda disappointing. Excluding the legacy animes, like Haikyuu or Chihayafuru, Smile Down the Runway, and In/Spectre, were my favorites of this season. The Spring 2020 line up looks really lit. Legacy animes include A Certain Scientific Railgun, Love in War, My Teenage Romance SNAFU, Fruit Baskets S2, Ascendance of a Bookworm, Food Wars, etc. Some new anime that caught my eye are Hidden Things (Kakushigoto), Wave! Listen to me (Nami yo Kiitekure), Appare-Ranman, Sing "Yesterday for me (Yesterday Wo Utatte), Gleipnir, and BNA. Timestamp Shitting on Winter 2020 Anime (2:35) Yo, Spring 2020 Anime?
