authentic af

this podcast is a reflection of me.

and i am.. impossible to summarize. i have too much depth, vision, intricacies, nuances. my moments are spent exploring the unknowables of this world, and our experience of them. i want to dig deep — as deep as i can — into life’s big questions, and small moments, and to sit together in anything that may be uncovered.

i want authentic af to be a safe space to obsess over whatever my current fascination is, relate that to my own life, practice radical self-acceptance, and build connections through vulnerable conversations.

i am messy and scattered and dreamy; i digress and wander and sometimes cut myself off. i'm also curious, and trusting and understanding; i love magic, and mystery and things we can't explain. i'm not here to teach, or preach, i'm here to share, and wonder, and express.
