Our current world is bipolar. So much joy, beauty, progress, evolution - and at the same time - unfathomable amounts of pain, suffering, trauma, abuse, oppression, repression, suppression, and breakdowns on every level that are not sustainable. We have a huge opportunity to create powerfully, and sustainably for generations to come, but only if we honestly look at where we are and what has occurred. While injustice continues to be a part of our current collective reality, we can no longer normalize, rationalize, or accept that. It’s time to heal, claim our power, and bridge the gaps.

Here is a sermon by Martin Luther King Jr. I am honored to share these powerful words with you. The message is about a sacred balance. Happy Easter and resurrection to you.
We are in an incredible, critical transition in human history. We are here to create a new earth, where everyone thrives.

A virtual sanctuary for healing.
We’re in an incredible time to be alive, a special juncture in human history - the great transition. In order to heal and shift, we have to look at where we are as a human family. No more abandoning ourselves, on an individual level or collectively. When a child is forced to shut down, toxicity and injustice are normalized. Hurt people hurt people. Women, black, Latino, and gay people are a few groups who have been on the receiving end of much abuse. Our earth and natural resources have also experienced much pollution and abuse. First we must acknowledge what has happened to many of our children as a whole, to several groups of people, and our environment. Abuse, injustice, toxicity, and violations of every level can no longer be accepted and normalized. We haven’t come far enough, we have to go all the way. Any amount of abuse, injustice, or betrayal is too much. We are here to break the cycle.
We are living in an incredible time, a major transition. If we are able to confront the painful realities about where we are as a human family, we have the opportunity to create sustainable life where everyone can thrive.

A virtual sanctuary. The greatest love story ♥️
Aimée Lyndon-Adams is a consciousness leader, author, speaker and trusted advisor. Although she started her career in Corporate America (Director of Sales and Service for Citibank in 4 states; Director of Corporate Service Quality for Charles Schwab; Senior Consultant for Omega Performance) She has spent the last 30 years focusing on her metaphysical business. She channels a Council of 12 Ascended Master Guides with who she shares purpose to work with Light Workers so they too can fulfill their purposes. They believe if everyone fulfilled their purpose there would be no more problems on earth because we all have a piece of the puzzle. Most recently, she has been focusing on lifting Enslavement Imprints that have caused us all to believe that there is something wrong with us, not worthy of love, no-good enough - compounded through parental upbringing, religious instruction, schooling, big business, the media, government, financial services and big pharma. This programming has allowed all of us to be controlled into playing small to stay safe, and caused us to be enslaved to over-working, over-scheduling, over-giving and over-spending. We have, up until now, allowed all the distractions such as TV, Netflix, video games, our phones and of course alcohol, drugs and sex to assuage us from feeling into the pain of our enslavement. http://aimeelyndon-adams.com

Connecting the dots

Connecting the dots

2021-02-0420:44

This episode is about feeling more. Connecting our hearts and our minds is heroic, a vital component to how we heal and evolve. Society, normalcy, and the status quo often promotes shutting down and repressing. I believe freedom is your birthright, you have the power to heal & create. Stay connected to your life force. Thanks for walking your path.

Mahkaila

Mahkaila

Mahkaila gives me hope in the future, in terms of where we are now and where we are going 🌱 At 18 years old, her connection to herself, authenticity, and awareness inspires me. Her very presence reminds to be more true to myself and speak up honestly with courage. I have learned a lot about the core of spiritual connection and the beautiful messiness of being human simply by existing in Mahkaila’s orbit. Her wisdom and perspective are a gift to humanity. Enjoy
Sometimes I hear people disparage the youth - calling them entitled, oblivious, lazy, stunted, or out of touch in some way. I don’t agree with that projection or characterization of young people in the world right now. The youth today inspire me, I often turn to them for feedback and solutions for creating a better future. Most are very in tune and have a keen sense of what is off. My guest in this episode is Antonio. He was born in 2003, and at 17 years old is currently a senior in high school. It’s quite a time in human history to be in high school. Getting to know him for the last few months, I have been impressed with his sense of self and level of awareness. We discuss the importance of being true to yourself, the healing power of music, complexities in family dynamics, the education system, self-expression, and much more. Enjoy this insight into a beautiful young heart & mind. If we want to create a better future, we need to listen to the future.
Sarah is the founder of COTTON FLOWER. Cotton Flower is a collection of breathable, lightweight, elegant, playful clothing that honors the simple beauty of nature. Building a business with consciousness & heart is an uncommon heroic feat, and Sarah has done that. The creation of Cotton Flower Clothing has integrity - good energy and positive working conditions that support several women in Northern California and Northern Thailand from start to finish. We discuss her journey and how building the business felt guided each step of the way. Sarah’s quest for freedom made being true to herself a sacred process through every season of growth. She used feeling unemployable as a catalyst to create her dream life. “One who is victorious through all challenge and adversity because she keeps faith in her life being guided toward the highest purpose for her soul and the collective. There is always a way through and a way to rise in every situation.” -Sarah * Check out cottonflowerclothing.com
