It is not healthy to bottle your emotions in fear of being judged by others. It's important to handle emotion in a healthier manner and still be able to communicate with people.
When you make "unapproved / bad" decisions and they still accept you or don't want to lose you as a friend .. then those people really value your friendship.
Basically look at their actions and see if it matches with their words
Does your partner need space ? Respect their decision and use that time to also work on yourself and your needs
Are you tired of living ? Do you feel like giving up? Are you having a hard time living on this earth ? Do you feel hopeless ? Do you feel like everything is crumbling down ?
Its hard to stay in a relationship that deprives you of what you need. If you love someone but you are no longer happy and your significant does not value you any longer .. its time to let go and put yourself first.
