In the REAL Mixtape era of the early to mid 90s there were songs you only heard on Mixtapes, and without the Internet, most only heard from trading tapes/CDs or riding around with friends, wanted to point out some.
In the 80s and 90s there were always sports references in Hip Hop, the more obscure the better ... this is AFTER Basketball by Kurtis Blow.Anyway, wanted to highlight a few, let me know your favorites
