Picking up where Happiness left off with its provocative humor, deadbeat tone, and exploration of taboos, its, the bifurcated narrative splits the runtime into “fiction and nonfiction,” or more accurately, literature and cinema. The material gets pretty dark, per usual for Solondz, so in an effort to bring a little levity to the table, I unwrapped a pack of Elvis trading cards on air.
